The Divorcee's Ultimate Revenge System

The Divorcee's Ultimate Revenge System

Her legs completely buckled beneath her. Deep beneath the grated floor, the massive steel pipes began to groan. The sound was infinitely more terrifying than the collapsing skyscraper above them. It was a deep, guttural roar of thousands of pounds of superheated steam fighting against failing metal restraints. "Brace!" Arthur Vance screamed from the shadows, throwing himself flat against the wet floor and dragging Elena down with him. The floor violently exploded. A catastrophic rupture tore through the massive steel pipes running beneath the triad operatives. A deafening, earth shattering blast of superheated, blinding white steam erupted upward, completely obliterating the tactical formati

Reborn in the Apocalypse with a Simp System

Reborn in the Apocalypse with a Simp System

I had underestimated just how shameless they were. She continued, "Each of them is built like a tank. It's the end of the world. Why would they settle for taking orders from you? Even if you have all the money in the world, what does it matter?" It hit me all at once. Victoria was right. In the apocalypse, no one wanted to be under someone else. The man whose arm had been snapped on the first day cursed beside her. His resentment was obvious. "Stop wasting time talking to him. I say we break the door down right now. I'll cripple him myself and throw him out to the zombies."

University of the Damned

University of the Damned

Leaving Blackthorn At the shattered main gates where the nightmare had begun, the three survivors paused. Kael looked back at the ruined campus — smoke rising, bodies everywhere, the place that had once been his entire world. “Everything I knew is gone,” he said quietly. Serena took his hand. Damien took the other. “Then we make a new world,” she whispered. They stepped through the broken gates into the outside world. The City of the Damned The highway leading into the city was a graveyard of abandoned cars, overturned trucks, and corpses. Fires burned unchecked in the distance. The once-bustling metropolis of Eldridge City was now a silent tomb under a blood-red sky.

Vamp Invasion

Vamp Invasion

I wish the gods or ancestors or whoever was in charge of this distribution will look down on me and grant me the gift of gab so I can convince the rigid elders of my kingdom to grant me permission to leave. I wish I could just send out the royal servants to find but it'd be a waste of manpower. Even with their keen senses the task seems almost impossible. Sarah's is in an entirely different world. I'm not sure how I'm going to find her but I know there'll be something to guide me through this mess when I open the history books in the palace. There has to be a reference, Sarah can't be the only irresponsible vampire in history. SARAH'S POV. The room looked very basic and I liked it. I guess t

Last Vampire.

Last Vampire.

"Are you awake?" "No, I'm asleep," Melia whispered sarcastically. Elijah looked at her, and she rolled her eyes, throwing herself on the bed, causing several books to fall. "No, mother, I am not asleep. I just don't want to see anyone right now." "Steban needs to see you," his mother said, trying to open the door. "Let me... What was that?" she asked as she heard a clattering sound from inside her son's room. Elijah turned to see the cause of the sound; Melia had knocked over the small chest of drawers when she stretched out her foot. She made an apologetic gesture, but for some reason, Orleans didn't believe her.

Abandoned Boyfriend of the Apocalypse

Abandoned Boyfriend of the Apocalypse

"This is the Elysium Refuge. I'm in charge here." Elysium Refuge. I had heard that before. In the third year of the apocalypse, it became the largest and most stable human settlement known to exist. Rumor had it that it was equipped with a complete defense system, ample food supplies, and even had an ongoing research of the virus. "How did I..." I began, my voice hoarse. "Our scout team found you in the ruins," Iris said, her gaze studying me closely. "You were running a dangerously high fever. Your skin was cracked and healing in cycles. We almost thought you wouldn't make it."

Project Dakota: Rising of the dead

Project Dakota: Rising of the dead

He looked at the carnage around him, his face a blank slate of shock. And that’s when it hit me. The final, fragile illusion of society, of order, of help, shattered into a million pieces. This wasn’t a riot. This wasn’t a temporary crisis. The men in biohazard suits, the chained gurneys, the bloody cough, the biting… the gunshot executing the infected. This was the end. The world wasn’t going crazy. The world was gone. This island, this hospital, this room—this was the new world. Shit. This is the apocalypse.

Hunters: The Prequel

Hunters: The Prequel

For weakness was meant to be trampled upon; to be molded into strength. The year was 101A; 101 years after the apocalypse. The apocalypse started like any other apocalypse – by human hands. And the prime culprit was the Emperor of Darkness. A man who was also known by the titles Beast Emperor and Death Killer. For he emerged from the abyss men had dug for him with an army so vast that the world above couldn’t contain it. He was a man who wasn’t a man. He was a being who wasn’t a being. He was wrath itself. He plunged the world into chaos, taking back all it had stolen from him in a vengeful pursuit that devastated over half of the world. Half of the world was desolated by his hand. The othe

I hope that’s not the end end. So many left off pieces of the story all his friends on the other world, all the other gods story lines, he’s only used his blood born weapons and armour twice. Hasn’t even made it out of dreamscape yet. Still have everything in true verse going on while he “asleep”

The Dark Below

The Dark Below

A dark string of liquid courses through the lower layer of her mouth and the broken places of her jaw, pulling the bones together with a loud snap. The alley in which she finds herself in between two establishments, the tavern, and an animal tradesmen market. The once sliced wrist of her hand strings back together. The course of her flesh stitching rings through her ears like thin threads of a rag doll knitting in unison. Her broken bones snap back into place while those mutated eyes linger forward. The ally is long with torches along with the stone build of the animal hide market and old lamps along with the wooden tavern. An old man sits about midway from where Salavanta stands and the end

Captured And Claimed By The Mafia Don

"Not there yet, but close.” Salvatore wants us to meet at the old Mine at Apalon Town. Kimberly can’t possibly be there, but it can’t be far.” “Check the G****e Map. Quick!” I ordered the tech bro's The screen showed the G****e Map around. “"Wait a minute," the second tech bro said, his brows furrowing. Did you just say the old mine at Apalon Town?” “The mine is shrinking. It was built on swampland. In fact, Apalon Town is about to be swept away because it’s not safe, let alone the mine,” the tech guy exclaimed.
