Jace’s POV I was having a bad day today , the contract we are working on for the new store we are opening in Africa is taking longer than it should all because of the incompetence of my partners who have decided to take African time to a whole new level, so they stalled every deadline and we are behind schedule and nothing has been set up yet for our prior launch.

Next day... The sun rose up from the West shining on the keystone city,the people went out for their various business while the students were seen going to school. Mira's POV. "Good morning Dad, good morning Mom"I said, greeting my parents who are both preparing breakfast. My Dad usually helps my mother in the kitchen when he is not busy. "How was your night?"my dad said. "Fine and great,"I answered. I narrated my encounter and told them about my driver being in the hospital but skipped the powers, dragon and the strange girl encounter.

I suddenly started to feel nervous. "Hi Amarachi, I'm your literature teacher. My name is Miss Ada. Welcome to Crownstar highschool." I smiled at her. "So who doesn't have a seat partner? A girl raised her hands and Miss Ada asked me to seat with her. She started teaching and that was when I remembered that I didn't collect the pen my mum bought. I didn't want to ask anyone for a spare pen but then it was my first day at school and I did not want to start skipping notes. I asked the guy at my front for a spare pen but he didn't have any one. The girl beside him smiled and gave me a pen, I thanked her and started writing.

She pouted. "Mami, I don't care. All I know is I want you to pack our bags before I return." He snapped. "Someone is on his period" She whispered waving hand at the friendly receptionist. After packing the bags up, she opened the curtains. Looking at the busy street, she will miss taking tea while hussain is hugging her behind. She sighed softly, this is not how she wanted her vacation to end. She wanted to leave a memory behind and now all the memory she will leave behind, is that of her husband fighting his brother.
