CLAIMED BY MY EX-HUSBAND

CLAIMED BY MY EX-HUSBAND

"If my visitors would like, it'll be fine to join I guess." "Then I will tell boss about it as soon as possible." After talking for awhile, Mariel left my room to study. I on the other hand was busy dealing with the payment for my shelter's papers. I must work hard to save those lovely animals who were abused and neglected. Stray dogs were so pitiful and I wanted to give shelter for them. My heart always warmed whenever I see them. "What are you thinking?" A deep manly voice suddenly asked out of nowhere. As my eyes explored its sight, Black who was leaning at the door, coolly brushed his black hair with his slender fingers.

I couldn’t keep reading because the female character was made out to be very pathetic with no self steam or self love ! I think we all want to read a book that will allows to connect with the characters and if we don’t connect at least admirer them in this case none of them is possible!

Highly recommend this book but guys please finish it to the end. Black De Villa is everything! very complicated plot but I must say - my goodness! I was so hooked I finished it in 1 day. Author, you have a way to get under our skin. Please consider a sequel for the other siblings.

Mr. and Mrs. Walker

Mr. and Mrs. Walker

Thus, she was able to put so much distance between her and the assassins. At that moment, a pack of stray dogs started barking at her loudly. Their barks soon shifted into low-pitched growls, their eyes shining maliciously. It was then Violet spotted a bitch giving birth a short distance away. Whenever dogs gave birth, they would never allow any strangers to get close to them. For strays, this principle was especially crucial. Violet took a deep breath. The rotten stench gushed up her nostrils right away, causing her to cough in discomfort.

All I Want for Christmas is Pooch

All I Want for Christmas is Pooch

“Really? Brady asked. “They run that far?” “Not usually.” she said. “Most of the time, they jump out of a vehicle, like when they stop for gasoline or something like that.” “That’s so sad!” Brady said, shaking his head. “Does that happen a lot?” “No, I don't think so, but it does happen.” There’d been a few dogs reunited with their families who happened to stop to refuel or for other reasons in Holiday Hills since Noelle had taken over the shelter, but not a lot. “Most of the strays we get in are people who dump their dogs because they don’t want them anymore, or just accidents where a dog gets out from a door left open or digs under the fence.”

The Stray Moon

The Stray Moon

“You’ll want the left wall. The right’s colder.” I step inside, and the floor crunches underfoot—salt, scattered thick as if to keep something from growing. I kneel, run my fingers through it, and find bits of fur, old nail, the flecks of whatever happened to the last wolf who lived here. He follows me in, glances at the wall, then at the blank stretch of stone above the cot. Tacked there with a rusted spike is a parchment, written in a precise, formal hand: CONTAINMENT PROTOCOL, STRAY MOON:

A Stray Earring

A Stray Earring

I gasped, finding it impossible to breathe. Just when I thought I would die on that desolate street, a car screeched to a halt beside me. A man jumped out and ran over. He scooped me up in his arms. His familiar voice was filled with urgency. "Mel, breathe! Don't be scared. Just breathe!" I raised my head, and Evan Rochester's face came into view. Grabbing the collar of his shirt, I finally broke down and sobbed uncontrollably.

Sinner (Upperworld)

Sinner (Upperworld)

Amilia let go of the hold she had on her body but she was still alert and waiting, for that specific timing to strike. Amilia was sitting on one of the long sofas when a Stray entered the room. It jerked his head when it sensed a presence in the room. Amilia gave the Stray a huge smile beckoning it to come near. It abides by her and not a second long, the Stray was already standing in front of Amilia with its head bowed down on its chest. “Where is everybody?” The Stray did not answer, instead, it kneeled and put its head on Amilia’s lap. The touch sends needles to Amilia’s whole body. The urge to vomit intensified but she had no choice but to just hold it in and accept everything.

Worshipped By The Alphas

Worshipped By The Alphas

Looking good tonight would give her ego a boost if nothing else. Aiden was home promptly at six. Amaya was curled up on the sofa, flipping through the coffee table book by an extremely popular photographer, which she had just purchased on her afternoon excursion. He was a wildlife photographer but his subject matter this time round was a lot closer to home. His latest anthology, entitled "Man's Best Friend" was all about dogs. Amaya, being a huge sucker for dogs, hadn't thought twice before buying the book.

Slightly Lazy, Evil, Carefree Cultivator (Book 1)

"I can kill all of them. You can kill half of them if you dig into your Manual's Devil aspect more." "Gulp.. no. I rather not. The desire to kill is not high in me." Jackson said sheepishly. Mo Lan wrapping him up in a hug. "That is just the way I like you." Whispering to her husband happily. *Doop!* The Gate signaled. A light shined as several others who left the Sect arrived. Each of them already had a place to stay. An apartment area for those who were not Followers but could be considered friends. . A few days later-

A Blood-Like Rain (All the Hounds of Hell #2)

I answered. “Rogue?” asked the man in the suit. “Brandon, how about you go back in and take care of that schedule.” Kaden’s voice was rough and severe. “No,” I said. Better get this out of the way now. “I’m a stray.” There were a few seconds of silence, and Brandon went back in. From what I know strays are not that common. “Where is your luggage?” asked the woman. “I don’t have any,” I said.

When Life Takes A Turn

When Life Takes A Turn

The eyes of the stray dogs were gleaming red as drool hung from the corners of their mouths, painting a picture of terror, as they were about to pounce on Allana. Zayn frowned at the scene. If something happened to the girl, it would be tricky to explain it to the Owens even if it had nothing to do with him. Furthermore, Allana was pretty. It would be a shame to have scars disfiguring her. Darting forward, Zayn kicked the stray dogs away easily. “Are you okay?” he turned to ask Allana.

I like the story so much. The plot is direct though. One can easily predict what's next. I like the heart of this guy Zayn. He can easily hide his happiness and endure torture, bullying and humiliation in the name of love. Love for a complacent woman.
