He puts up a hand, she stops, “Hang on, golden fleck?” She nods, “I’ve not seen that.” She raises her eyebrows, and he goes to the mirror to stare at himself. “I don’t see it.” She comes to his side and produces a small flame, like that of a candle, and moves it around his face. He stares at his eyes, then suddenly he sees it. “There?” She nods, “That’s how you tell us apart?” She sighs and extinguishes the flame.

Probably my own feet. “Holy shit are you okay?” I hear as I feel my face heat and turn a deep red, I feel something lift me to my feet and open my eyes to bright sky blue ones staring into my soul. Fuck he is actually beautiful. Now I am this close I can see everything, all his tiny perfect imperfections. He has a chicken pox scar about his left eyebrow and a small crook in his nose as if it’s been broken but long healed. His perfect blue eyes are like a bright summer’s day and his lips. I cannot stop staring at his plump perfect lips. I’m still watching as they move into a smirk.

Megra I stare at my reflection in the mirror, barely recognising the woman staring back. My right eye is swollen shut, a hideous purple-black hue spreading around it. The pain is relentless, throbbing with every heartbeat. I dab makeup over the bruised skin, but the dark discoloration is impossible to fully cover. Each touch is a reminder of Conor's latest outburst—a fresh wave of anger and hatred rising within me.

Ezra, choosing silence over words, listened intently, realizing she had no answers to the myriad of questions Scarlet presented. A sudden pause hung in the air, and Scarlet's gaze shifted from the plate to Ezra. "I am getting old," she confessed, her eyes distant. "I want you to come back and live with us. My right eye is completely black, its interior very red; my lips are so swollen I can barely speak; two blue spots are marked on each side of my face. Tears start flowing again while I feel like the most despised and wretched woman in the world.

I just learnt how to get a hold of my powers, and the witch hunters were going to be here soon. The woman screamed again. The labour was proving difficult. I could hear the baby straining. It was a girl. I had to think fast, so I did the only thing I could do. “Sameli”. I whispered into the air and everyone fell asleep. I walked slowly to the pregnant woman. She was asleep too. I woke her up. It was dangerous for the Baby. She opened her eyes slowly, and they were the prettiest blue eyes I had ever seen. I saw worry etched on her face. Her veins popping out and going in. Pain. She was in pain.

Emerald winced, sucking in a sharp breath as the sting doubled, her hand instinctively twitching away from him. She glanced up at Alaric, secretly watching him through her lashes. His long, thick eyelashes cast shadows over the depths of his dark eyes, giving him an intense, enigmatic look. Her gaze lingered, mesmerized by the stillness of his face, until his eyes suddenly flicked up, catching her in the act.

I take it from his hands in an instant . "Your iris is red , you know . It looks beautiful" Jace stares at my eyes looking mesmerized. Alec and Michael nod in agreement . "Your sclera is also blood shot red . It looks like you haven't slept in days " Michael adds on. I chuckle , good to see he's still mocking me to uplift my mood as always . All of them stare at me strangely . "What ?" I ask . "They're completely out now" They murmur .

Ash asked. "Yes. It was called "eyes of mortem" because once you looked at it or she used it on you, you'd end up dead. She was using eyes of mortem when she wanted to kill her enemy in just a snap or when she wanted to finish her fight already. Actually, she has another eye. It was called the "eyes of infernum" or "eyes of hell." She was using it when she wanted her enemy to experience hell. You will experience unbearable pain that can cause you to go insane. It was all just an illusion, but the pain and death you will experience are real. If she used it on you and you wouldn't be able to go outside of her illusions you can never go outside of that illusion. You will be forever stuck on it.
