Amy, still chuckling, offered a playful verdict. "You know what? You can eat this cookie. I'm sorry, Raven, but I don't think we can save it at this point." I frowned at my culinary mishap but complied, taking a bite of the cookie in question. The moment it touched my taste buds, my frown disappeared. These cookies were nothing short of a culinary masterpiece, balancing crunchiness, softness, and a symphony of flavors.

she nervously asked herself. She bit one of the cookies and found a hard, shining thing inside. "G-Gold coin..." She was surprised to see the three cookies embedded with gold coins. "I can buy land out of this. This ain't bronze or silver, but a gold coin." She also found a letter on the sugar container that says... ... Will this satisfy you? It's just the beginning. You'll reap the reward you deserve. However, fail me once; you'll know what will happen. ~coughed~

Mom then hides the empty bottle back under her shirt. In the end, we have our two cookie batches. They look identical. We carefully arrange them on a plate so I know which is which. A second plate is made with mostly safe cookies. Mom keeps track of that one. Then, with everything ready, we enter the dining room. It’s no less tense than when we left it.
