ASHLEY’S POV “Summer Royal Academy” The sign read. I walked down the path of the sign until I was staring at a big black gate. It had hefty pillars built on the sides and even though it read ‘academy’ at the gate, it could pass for a prison. “Miss, are you lost?” A very hefty man walked up to me from the gate and questioned. I gulped in a wholesome amount of saliva, terrified by the mere size of the man, before attempting to respond to his question.

She managed to send Ava one last, faint voice message, her voice barely a whisper: “Ava… I’m so tired… But I still want to block this last attack for you…” Ava burst onto the hospital rooftop, fighting through the snow, and found Summer unconscious on the ground. A fresh, shallow cut marked her wrist, and the blood bloomed on the white snow like a shocking red flower. Ava collapsed beside her, holding her tightly, weeping uncontrollably. “Summer… I’m so sorry… I’m so sorry…” Her voice was hoarse, tearing her throat, the melting snow and her tears soaking both of them.

"Double date? With who and who?" "Julius, me, you and Ricardo" Summer replied as if it was obvious. Lisa scoffed. "You have to be kidding me." "I'm being serious." "It's... It's not going to happen." "Hear me out first." Summer persuaded and dropped the folk in her hand. Lisa shook her head. "It is not..." "Wait," Summer interrupted. "Please, hear me out first." "Okay." "Because it's Friday, Julius and I decide to go clubbing."

I remind him. We both agreed to that setting and soon Brye had to end the call. “So, walang Lim?” I turned to Ally and nodded, giving her a tight smile. She nods. “Well, it’s the annual gathering of families. They do it twice a year, one after the year starts, and another before the year ends, medyo delayed nga ngayon, and it’s just families getting their kids to get married and bragging about everything” She rolls her eyes, making me smile. I turn to my papers again with a tight smile. ‘I can’t ever understand that world. That’s Brye’s world’.

August 15th (Saturday) Finn came by to visit James, Sunny, and, of course, sweet Mrs. Sweeney. James happened to have a bad summer cold. He kept coughing and sneezing as his mother looked at him and said, "Boy! That awful cold better be gone before the trip, and I sure hope I don’t catch it! " Finn then looked at Mrs. Sweeney as he asked, "When are you guys going?" “And for how long? “

Transfixed on Jude, Summer comes out of her head, saying, "Lucus, don't you dare beat yourself up. We're celebrating your engagement today, Ajay, but your dad has been to rehab. We ran into each other during a conference in Missouri when he was sober. That was divine intervention. I live here and have never run into him once. He was with some hussy who was dragging him back down. I wanted to resist him but couldn't. And now here we are, serving the Lord and preparing to become husband and wife." With his eyes fixed on Jude, my dad interjects, "Oh yeah, are you guys having a church wedding?" I look at Jude, who answers, "My family owns an island. It's stunning. I'm sensing Summer's a minister

Summer replied she brought out her phone and showed me a video of her trying to wake me up but I kept mumbling words that were incoherent. We both laughed and I went to the bathroom to freshen up,when I came out, summer was not in the room, I got dressed quickly and joined her in the living room , we rushed through breakfast and dashed out the door , it's just drizzling now. Summer has a Toyota Camry so, she drove us to school. Summer was a final year student studying Business and she will graduate in 2 months time, I still had 2 more years to go, before graduation We arrived at the University by 8:56am, I quickly went for my class, luckily I made it in, just before Mr Adam our Neuroanatomy

Cayden chimed in. Summer chuckled again. She hugged Cayden. "Congratulations on your wedding, Uncle. I'm glad you married Auntie. You two are a perfect match. Later, when you arrive at the hotel, open the letter I wrote. You have to read everything carefully. Say 'amen' every time you find something good." Feeling excited, Emily kissed the toddler's cheek. "Okay, we'll do it later. Now, how are you? Are you okay?" Summer nodded enthusiastically. "I'm healthy again, Auntie. Look! My face is beautiful again. Because of that, I can now serve as a good guide here."
