I sighed, kneeling to pick it up but before I could, without warning wind stirred blowing my hair in my face. It sent a chill down my spine and that's when I realized my windows wwte closed. The gust of wind came from the book, it flipped it open with a flutter landing on a page. The page glowed faintly, as if the ink itself had been written with light. There was a handprint burned into the page charred at the edges, and just about the size of mine. Beneath it, one word shimmered. Summon. There was something else at the end but it wasn’t a language I knew, but something about it tugged at the back of my mind. Like I should know it. Like it was buried somewhere in my mind.

She takes both the stone and the book home. When she gets home, she realizes the book she took is a grimoire and written on the first passage is the name of the demon she will bring forth to this world, her first summon and steps to achieve this. She already has someone she wants the demon to possess and she also has a place prepared for the ceremony. All that is left is to acquire the needed materials for the occasion.
