Sunset Shimmer Defeat Novels & Stories

But the waiting was almost over. I turned back to the window. The moon was high now, nearly full, the same moon that had witnessed my claiming and my rejection and seven years of silence. Tomorrow night it would hang over Theron's pyre, and I would stand to the left of the flames with my daughter at my side, and Cressida would look at me and see nothing but a rogue in a borrowed gown. Let her look. Let her underestimate me the way Zarek had underestimated me. Let her believe I was still the woman who had crawled through the dead zone with nothing but a broken bond and a silent wolf.

Sharlene squealed before wincing in pain. "Oh my god! Oh my god! Oh my god! I am having a fangirl moment! I am so stupid. If I had understood this beforehand, I would've definitely sneaked a photo," Sharlene said as she took out her tablet and opened what looked like a social media page. "A girl called Turner is the handler of this page. No one knows her either. But look at this. There are 500k followers, and there are even fans in tiers. I am in the seventh tier,” Sharlene said, and I rolled my eyes as I looked at the page.

I could hear her heart beating faster than it did when she was upset a while ago. Her cheeks turned red, reflecting the caressing light of the sunset. “The sunsets are truly breathtaking in the Dawn pack. I am glad I got to see this here with you by my side. This is much better than some stupid ball,” she said and I smiled a little, following her gaze to the crimson semicircle on the horizon. “My lips can take your breaths away faster, you know.” “Chessy.” “Ok. If not my lips, then maybe something else can do the job.”

"Now this is gonna be an interesting match! Facing off against the reigning champion, is a talented rookie pair whose antics at last year's Tournament left everyone speechless. From Rank 67 to Rank 5, and aiming to be number 1, drawing number 33--ZAFIR AND SUNRISE!" Colin watched as Zafir and his scarlet wyvern Sunrise landed just behind the starting line to his right. In a suit as red as his mount's own scales, he waved enthusiastically at the crowd. Zafir turned, and saw Colin watching him. He grinned at the elf prince and raised a finger in the air--boldly claiming number one.

I ended Smile in a few seconds. After the three of them died, I started to deal with Snow. Compared to me, Snow’s had better equipment. In general, a player in an orange suit like me was unable to beat the player in a purple suit. However, I had a complete victory in the battle with Snow. I used my movement to make Snow unable to release a single skill. Every time Snow wanted to release a skill, I dodged. The system would prompt Snow that Snow had gone in the wrong direction. Before she had any chance to touch me, she died.

"You've been through a lot, and I don't think anyone should have to face that alone. As Aqua's warm smile washed over him, Damon felt a rush of emotions flood his senses. Her beauty, illuminated by the soft glow of the evening sun, seemed to captivate him in a trance. His breath caught in his throat as he caught her gaze, his eyes drawn to the delicate curve of her lips, the gentle contour of her body, and the way her shirt hugged her chest.

Her husband had imprisoned her and now, they have been conquered and they would either be killed or become slaves for the rest of their lives. "Aren't you going to ask me about your friend?"Fred teased. He said provoking words at her and made her know he was in charge there. "No matter what you do, I have defeated you once and if I get the chance, I will do it again" Lukas thundered. His arrogancy and ego wouldn't let him be silent. He was struggling and shaking violently to see if the chains would be broken but didn't. Fred Wilson poured himself another glass of liquor and sipped down. "Do you call that a defeat when the one you defeated is still alive?

She screamed at the top of her voice. The entire room went quiet and everyone's attention was on her. She took deep breaths and her chest heaved with every breathing. "I'm not doing this, because I reject you as my mate," she said, and at that moment, I could see pain in her eyes. But as quickly as they came, they disappeared, replaced by anger. There were murmurs erupting from the gathering. I stared unbelievable at Julian. "I, Julian Edelman, reject you as my mate," She stated out loud with so much contempt emanating from her voice.

With a flick of his wrist, he returned the assault a thousand times stronger, sending a wave of raw, unbridled power crashing back toward Luna.
