All my life I have been treated like dirt, but Loki is carefree and looks at me differently. I smile as we reach the stream, watching as Loki finds a deeper part, using it to wash the dirt from his body. My heart races and I begin to see him even more differently. He is tall and very muscular. His hair is black, but his eyes are green. Something inside me is burning as I watch him rub the water all over his body…. I have never felt this way before.

Loki said and immediately end the call. Loki is like a child. Little and random things interest him even at an early age. He would get dirty or walk a thousand miles if that is the only way to be with his "educational tool". He got it from his adventurer father. He only sees things and people as some kind of tools to learn more. He likes observing people in their everyday lives, it does not only satisfies his thirst for knowledge and some other things, but it also fulfill his role as a shadow for someone he needs to protect. I am a little surprised when the belt and sheath for the Gurkha Kukri is still intact and wrapped around my waist. Capri had moved on and could actually breath without feeling a pang in her heart. She could now think about Leo and not feel like something was missing and her whole world would just come crashing down. Work was finally getting to a place of not being utter chaos as she had a foundation of people that cared about what they were tasked to do. What she did not expect was Leo popping his head in like a lost puppy.
