I'm feeling scared even hearing the unnerving background sounds without watching. I texted Sophie and Ryan hoping they would text me back. But it's nearly midnight and seeing that they didn't reply to me, I think they are already sleeping. "Go to your room if you are not watching the movie. Then you can stare at your phone all you want." Jason said giving me a smug smile. "No, I'm watching." I turned back my concentration to the movie which I hope I didn't do just to prove Jason wrong. There is always this one guy in all horror movies, who doesn't have any fear and take his friends with him saying it's fine getting them all killed. I shouted at the television.

Some people even chose to leave because they couldn't bear to see what was happening anymore. Corrine walked into the building staggering, her mental state suddenly shaken by the horrific scene she had just witnessed. Gina’s POV “They’ll burn Moonridge to the ground.” The words hit the room hard. For a second, nobody moved. Then panic exploded everywhere. “What?” “They brought moon hunters?” “We’re all going to die!” Villagers rushed toward the broken doors while others backed away from me like I carried death itself. Maybe I did. I stood frozen in the middle of the ruined council hall while fear spread through the room like fire. Because deep down… I understood why they were afraid.

Light suddenly burst out in the room, and the horror movie started. The movie was alright. A few jump scare scenes, a few death in a bloody way, nothing too fancy. People screamed a few times, but that was that. "You alright?" Al bent his head at me, draping his arm on my shoulder with a smirk. He was too tall for me to do the same.

He lunged forward, saliva dripping from his razor-sharp fangs. Without hesitation, Mark raised his makeshift weapon—a metal pipe—and swung it with all his might, striking the werewolf in the side of the head. The blow momentarily stunned the creature, giving the survivors a chance to escape. "Run! Now!" Mark shouted, urging his companions forward. They sprinted down the corridor, their hearts pounding in their chests. The scent of fear permeated the air, attracting the attention of the pursuing werewolves. As they neared the back exit, the survivors could see the faint light of the moon filtering through a cracked window. It offered a glimmer of hope, a reminder that there was still a world

No one wanted to die of hunger, and they thought I had a point. So, they turned to Queenie and made the same request. Queenie was panicking, her back drenched in sweat. Then, her eyes lit up. "There's a hill straight east, and the base is covered in mushrooms! We can forage for those! And there's a field further east. It's something the previous survivors left." She smiled smugly. "See? Told you they'd forgive us if you'd just apologize."

I frowned. The viewers behind the comments sounded no different from sadistic killers. When no one else spoke, the system's voice returned. "Please select the next participant to enter the game before the timer ends. If no one enters, the game will be deemed a failure, and I will punish the remaining players." We exchanged glances and all saw the fear reflected in each other's eyes. The system continued, "Current death count totals 21. The remaining 195 merit points will be evenly distributed among 15 survivors."

Halfway and I have screamed more than 20 times, the graphics are too real, I have never seen an accident before but am positive it will exactly be like this. "Should I remove it?" He asked as he noticed and holding on to him tighter. "Don't you dare, I must watch it to the end." I confirmed as I wiped off my tears, he shrugged and cuddled me. We kept watching with me occasionally screaming and him laughing at my lily-livered heart. "So, none of them survived" I said sadly and he nodded. "That's the thing, death is the final destination." he said and I agreed but am not nodding to that.
