Forbidden Seduction

Forbidden Seduction

Sylvie’s vivid imagination soon filled the neglected borders with lush herbaceous plants and restored the overgrown rose garden to what must have been a haven of peace and perfume. The air in the bedroom felt stale, but when she tried to open one of the sash windows all she managed to do was to break one of her nails. Cursing herself under her breath, she winced as the pain inside her head increased. Perhaps she under her breath, she winced as the pain inside her head increased. Perhaps she had been rash in refusing Roth’s offer of some headache tablets. Quickly she opened the bedroom door and hurried back down the stairs. She found Roth in a huge ill equipped kitchen at the back of the hous

Rewinding My Reaper Boyfriend

Rewinding My Reaper Boyfriend

"I burned the cake. It's a positive positive." Cale walked over. He peered into the oven. A black, crusty circle sat on the rack where a vanilla sponge cake was supposed to be. "Carbonization," Cale noted. "Thermal exposure exceeded the structural limit of the batter." "I got distracted," Elion admitted, closing the oven door. "I was reading the comments on the article." "The Mitchell article?" "Yeah. Someone said we look like 'vampire hunters in love'. I laughed, and then I forgot the timer."

My Sweet Surrender (Aftermath Series #1)

My Sweet Surrender (Aftermath Series #1)

From him. Dom put out a box from the fridge and placed it on the marble counter. He opened a cabinet and got out a plate. He placed the pizza there and put it on an 'oven-thingy' in Sapphire's mind. It was a microwave. The oven-thingy made a sound and Sapphire's eyes almost sparkled at the sight. The plate was now on the table. It looked better than the one she ate at the party. Dom knows how to make that food. A fit of butterflies erupted in Sapphire's stomach.

Sweet Subterfuge

"Ma'am, we've placed everything according to your instructions." "Good." Violet nodded. "You may go now." After they had left, Violet pushed Larissa into the kitchen. "These are all my baking equipment," she explained. "And there's flour, cream, and all these other ingredients." She glanced at the built-in oven in the kitchen and huffed. "Fortunately, Kevan got an oven here when he was renovating. He must have lived here for three to four years, hmm? Look at how new it is!" She tutted.

Forbbiden Pleasure

Forbbiden Pleasure

I never had time to devote to this when I was at home, but since I have nothing else to do here other than be on my cell phone and watch TV, I might as well find out if I have any culinary skills at all. Olivia's kitchen was huge, she could easily be on some TV show teaching me how to make these pancakes. It had two microwaves, a refrigerator bigger than four of me put together, a sort of black marble countertop in the middle of the space, where you could eat if there were chairs, and all around it was full of cabinets with food, utensils and other things I've never seen in my life and couldn't tell you what they were.

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

June felt golden warmth pour from her heart down her arm and into the door. The door didn’t swing open. It shattered into a thousand golden butterflies, fluttering away into the sea, leaving the entrance wide open. “Get in! Now!” the Auditor barked, pushing them inside. They slammed a heavy wooden bar over the bakery door. Inside, the air was warm, lit with soft candlelight. The place looked just like the old pictures June remembered—except for one thing. In the center stood a huge, black iron oven. It didn’t burn wood or coal. It pulsed with violet light.

Secrets of the Luna

However, I didn’t hear the elevator. The salad wasn’t cutting it. What I wanted were brownies. Putting my salad bowl in the sink, I began looking for the stuff I needed. I didn’t want to use a mix, so I pulled out all the ingredients. Turning the oven on to 375 degrees, I started mixing. “What are you cooking?” Travis walked through the doors. “SHIT, you scared the crap out of me. I swear, you guys walk around like ghost.”

Christina
I am in love. I see a little of Kristen in Grace with her clumsiness and her attitude. Overall, the story is well written. I love how Grace sticks up for herself even though her mouth can get her into trouble. I am curious how much of a hold her family truly has on her.
Mila
Love the book although the plot is just a repetition of Tattooed Luna with a few differences. Same storylines… FL with complicated childhood being hunted down by villain with Mafia ties and overprotective brother is also in the mix. Just too similar in my view. But enjoyable nonetheless.

FALLING FOR THE ENEMY’S SON

FALLING FOR THE ENEMY’S SON

“It’s Shane. She’s always moody.” “How do you handle her anyway? I can’t stand such.” “Come and pass me this towel,” Sylvia said after washing her hands in the sink. “Well, Shane needs a lot of attention and I don’t give her any. So, that’s how I handle her.” Sylvia turned on the oven but it won’t come on. She tried several times and shook her head. “Seems like it's not working,” Eleanor remarked. “I’ll go get the electrician. Wait right here.” Sylvia said and left the kitchen.

Raising The Billionaire Baby In Secret

Raising The Billionaire Baby In Secret

Sylvia was in Lewis' kitchen struggling to make food for the both of them, while Lewis sat in his sitting room working on his laptop. Sylvia was having a hard time in the kitchen. She was sweating profusely as she struggled to get the cooking done. She even had to make use of the internet to search for the recipe because cooking is not what she does on a day-to-day basis. Lewis had always been the one to do the cooking all the while, but he was busy working on the laptop at the moment, and Sylvia had volunteered to cook even though Lewis had suggested they should order from a nearby restaurant, and now she was struggling with cooking and checking for procedures online.
