Chapter 8 _____ Elijah I stormed out of the castle my control slipping as I rushed for the forest. I let out a growl, half me and half the beast within me. Fucking Mariah. She was messing with my mind, I had never felt such a need for another person as I have felt for her. It was supernatural. The feelings I had for her were unnatural. Her scent lingered around me and drove me mad as I tried to escape it. It was the smell of her innocence, a smell the seemed to multiply the second I touched her.

I murmured as I reached out towards his mind. “Okay, Baby,” Cian murmured as he focused on my breasts. “I know what you truly desire, Kitten,” My voice echoed as the vision came to light. “W-what are you talking about?” Anele stuttered as she stared back at me horrified. “You want to corrupt that poor boy,” I murmured as I leaned into her. “Release me you imposter, I am the true heir to the Algonquin pack!” Anele said in a tight tone as she thrust her face away forcing me to release her.

Her tiny arms wrapped around my waist before she looked at me as if she was asking if I was alright. My lips stretched for a smile as I caressed her hair. "Don't worry, Calla. I'm fine. She didn't hurt me at all." Ahma took her steps towards us. "I hope you will change your mind. Lindsey is currently the strongest she-wolf in Claivan. If she will win the next selection for Calgary's Luna, things might turn out horrible for our pack." Ahma smiled at me. "I see immense power in you, Nadine. Please do not let that go to waste."

I am always there. I moved closer to her as I watched her face. I reach for her chin. I kissed. I always do to always remind her, that no matter what happens I will be there for her. She tamed me. She tamed me through her kisses and now I am trying. I am trying that one day she will be out from this place and heal herself. But at least, I am trying to tame her too through my kisses too. I love her so much whatever pages of her life. I wish I can say these words again one day when she remembers me again, when her lips can also remember how my lips tastes again.

She’s not a natural hunter yet. We learned that during her first pack hunt. Most Crimson wolves move through the forest like shadows…they have been trained to be quiet, deliberate and nearly invisible. Tanya tried, she really did, but she still stepped on too many dry branches and was still startled at the sounds of movement in the undergrowth and bushes. By the time she caught up to the rest of us, the deer was already down. She looked embarrassed. “I slowed you down.” “You stayed with the group,” I said, handing her a bottle of water. “That’s more important.”

"I'll do whatever it takes to set myself free." Garrett smiled sadly at her. "That's what I like to hear," he said. "We'll start by working on your control. You need to control your urge for him, like you need to learn how to shift into your wolf form on command. I've also told Liam this and he has promised to keep his hands to himself."

“You're going to waste energy trying to use your command voice on me,” I teased him, but then closed my eyes. I concentrated and searched for my beast inside me. Becca was hiding very well in my subconscious; however, I managed to find her, so I carefully approached her to wake her up. Shift with me now; I ordered Becca. All this is not necessary to follow your orders, said my she-wolf Becca with annoyance. Do it now! Or I swear to God I will find a spell to seal you myself forever.

Gosh, it was more comfortable than I imagined, and I started bouncing my butt on it happily. “I swear, Grace. If you dare call me Bennie again, I’ll kill you.” I laughed and stopped bouncing. “Oh. Like you know I really feel like dying right now. It’s not like there’s any point living, since everyone hates my guts and nothing I ever do seems good enough. So do as you wish, Bennie.” “Perfect.” He grabbed one of the throw cushions from the sofa and came toward me. He pushed me down to lie on the sofa and pressed the cushion hard over my face, but I refused to struggle.

“You’ve never seen us when we’re going hard on the ice. Or off it. Maybe you’ll finally see something you actually want.” Lyon only glowered, a soft, rose-colored flush creeping up his neck. “I highly doubt that, Adrian.” Adrian chuckled as he walked away. The man didn't know if he wanted to kill them or climb them. Most people would be speechless after being thrown into the deep end with the Stormbreakers, but Lyon was still swinging.
