_Dahlia’s POV_ The final bell couldn’t have come fast enough. I was shoving books into my locker with more force than necessary, still pissed off about my argument with Knox earlier. *You’re still thinking about him,* Mena observed. *I am not.* *You’re literally imagining different comebacks you could have said.* *Shut up.* I slammed my locker shut and was about to head out when I noticed Taylor coming out of the nurse’s office down the hall. His right hand was wrapped in a thick white bandage, held against his chest in a sling.

I have a real Mate. She admitted shyly looking away from him and he frowned, ‘So who is this real mate?’ He asked suspiciously and she could not meet his eyes, ‘I don’t know, I just met him on the train and he got bossy so I ran away from him too’ Taylor lifted her chin, ‘Seems to be a theme here little runaway’ She glared at him, ‘Who are you and why are you so interested in me? ‘My name is Taylor and I am the Alpha of this small Pack. I am guessing Damon will pay a pretty penny for your return’

Cole told me, trying to encourage me, but I was reluctant. "Okay, but why are you here?" I asked Taylor as I turned to him. "I'm a dummy," he said with a smile. "What?" "I had to train someone, so that's who we got," Cole said. "And you're okay with that?" I asked Taylor again and he shrugged. "I don't have anything else to do, and he can heal me if I get hurt. Besides, I don't have much practice when it comes to fighting, so this might help me out a bit."

He howls in anguish and stumbles back, holding his broken hand to his chest. Taking advantage of this opportunity, I pull his head between the palms of my hands and jab my thumbs into his eyes. He screeches loudly and blindly wraps his hands around my legs, trying to debilitate me. But I have the advantage now. Raising my knee up, I slam it against his nose hard. Taylor falls weakly and slides back on the floor. What shocks me is that instead of blood coming out of his wounds, there is a strange blue liquid pouring down his face.

Jace growls upon witnessing the scene which made Arianne giggles loudly. "Sir, your parents already arrived at home and so is Mr. Miller. I receive a call that the police are coming in a few minutes, if you want to wait and talk to them it's okay but if not, I'll just handle things from here." Taylor said formally to Jace. Jace entrusted Taylor with everything and decided to bring his family in to their home as he sees they look kind of tired already. Taylor is a former FBI agent but because he found out that Stephen Keller is looking for personal security for his family, he decided to retire early and dedicate his time in to the Keller's.

“What if I tell you that I am, Lucas York, the one who annihilated the entire Tay family?” ‘What?!!’ Chandler was stunned, and he quickly looked at Lucas. Even if he had cracked his head to think about it, he would not have expected Lucas to blurt such a comment. “You… what the hell are you talking about?” Lucas’ stunning face was wearing a calm expression. He said slowly, “I’m saying that I am the one who slaughtered the entire Tay family.” Although Chandler was a Rank 2 Chosen Celestial Being, if both of them were to fight, there would only be one outcome for Chandler, and that was death.

, Kate probbed. "Yes ma'am",Felix nodded. Rose felt like a bucket of cold water was being splashed on her, as the realization hit her. Taylor was really the CEO of TAC Limited, who else will be daring enough to call Andrew Cain by his first name.

Alpha said. “It matters not what anyone here believes to be true. I am here to claim what is rightfully mine,” I said. “Oh? Is this not a family reunion?” Alpha Joshua said. “I, Shane Hayes, am here to challenge Alpha Joshua Wright of the Dark Moon pack,” I said. “Hayes? You are a Wright,” Alpha Joshua growled. “Your name will die here, today. Hayes is the name I’ve taken and will be the name that carries into the next line,” I said.

He said, looking away from me, looking at my betas, before turning his attention to me. “What’s your name?” I demanded, stepping closer. “Taylor,” he said, voice low, hoarse. “I knew you’d come. I was waiting for one of you to come, someone to trace the body, someone to try and help.” “Did you bring Caleb back?” His eyes flicked to mine. “No. I stayed away. We all did. We couldn't approach. We saw him being brought to you, but there was a darkness that was around him. It stopped us from approaching.”
