I got excited thinking about my next school day. "She draws with me... I've made many drawings for you." "Her class teacher teaches her stupid things," Mommy said looking at Daddy.

At the ceremony where my mother, Helena Marlow, received the Best Homeroom Teacher award, the parents wept with gratitude. They praised her for nurturing the students successfully without ever resorting to harsh discipline, and for helping them all to excellent results. During the ceremony, the principal, Ms. Wanda Ambrose, stepped onto the stage to present her award. She asked, “Ms. Marlow, you have so many outstanding students in your class. Which student

Simon should have consulted her before spending money on her. "How much does your Saturday cost?" she asked, wanting to know how much she owed Salvatore, but Thiago misinterpreted the question. "Do you want classes on those days?" he asked, crossing his arms and looking at her affectionately. "Simon warned us that you're shy, but I recommend the group classes. I called for her when I saw that it was our Media Literacy teacher. She smiled and hugged me. "You've grown so well. I know you'll go far because of your hardwork. Top 1 really is the best place for you." I pursed my lips and smiled a bit when she broke her hug from me. She looked so proud of me. "Thank you for supporting me, Ma'am. I thought I wouldn't get the Top 1 back then because of what I heard. I was down and people around me were trying to immerse me but that wasn't an obstacle to get such an achievement."

Mrs. Loop walks in, and immediately flicks her hand with her ring on to make the markers write another congratulating message for the basketball teams. All the other teachers in classes I've been to up until now have replicated this to some amount, bring in snacks and chocolates, letting us push a quiz off to a week from now, or even cancelling all the quizzes planned until the finals. Bright yellow tops and dresses, bright red suits, and everything that could shout from ten kilometers away.

I mustered up some courage to raise my head, alongside a few others. “I'm a transferred teacher from Intermediate Academy of the Gifted. Yes, that's right — I was demoted! You know why? Because I beat up every single male teacher in that school. Singlehandedly! Not simultaneously, though, but you know what they called it? Lack of humility! That's right! They were all weaklings, yet they chose to revile against me. That's right, they'd framed me up, piling lies against me that the principals didn't care to confirm. That said, my motto for teaching is ‘Strength and pride!’ Don't you forget that! Tomorrow morning, I want to see a calligraphy of our motto just on top of the classroom's plaque.
