"It's okay. You don't have to be afraid of me. I'm your mate, and I know you will never hurt me. I just want to hold you. I've missed you Kendrick, please come to me" The beast sniffed loudly, drawing in more of her intoxicating scent. But that strange smell, the smell of the ocean made it growl in anger. It moved out of the darkness a little, intrigued by the young woman who didn't seem to be afraid of it. The beast didn't know why, but it felt its anger and rage fading off as it stared at the young woman with bright purple hair and silver eyes.

Katrina won't feel like she's catastrophic. "Katrina," Beckett yells authoritatively, "Take charge of your body." For the first time tonight, I see a glimmer of hope. I watch as Katrina's skin flashes from a deep red to a milky white. That's my girl. She's battling the beast within; She's fighting for her spot as the commander of her body. The elders nodded but the fear remained in their eyes as they watched their King slowly slip away and the unholy monster begin to take his place. Jessebelle raised her well trimmed eyebrow and asked, "Who is her?" her face turned down in a frown. The king sighed, having no patience for the vexing woman beside him. Any control he had of his beast was gone as in the next few seconds he had trasformed completely with low growl. "What are you trying to do?" "What can I do?" Clayton shrugged. "I'm just a lowly beastkin." No sooner had the words left his mouth than he lunged at Salem. Terrified, Salem instantly shifted into his beast form. The black wolfhound instinctively lunged at Clayton, its sharp teeth sinking viciously into his arm.
