~ Collins pov~ Immediately after the tour,we went to our different homes,I made sure Flora was out of sight before following her. Am tired of all the crap going on,flora and this school.All the student blood especially Flora's makes me want to feast. I am only transferred to this because of what I intend to collect from Flora,just a little if her blood can do wonders. it can improve the strength of any vampires,it can heal a wounded wound. Unfortunately, the happy times were long behind them. Cassiopeia took out the pictures and tore off Lucas's figure from each one of them before throwing them into the trash can. Anya and she were the only ones that remained. Halfway through packing, she caught the whiff of a repulsive smell. She frowned instinctively. When she went to open the door, the smell grew sharper. When she had taken a few steps forward, she was hit with a heavy wave of nausea and almost lost her balance. She staggered a few steps before planting herself against the wall. Her head felt like mud.

Her gaze darted past Esther, and she went still. The back garden was full of tulips. James saw the surprise flickering in Beverly's eyes and watched as she walked toward the sea of flowers. She bent down from time to time to sniff the blooms. "Who planted these?" Wendell emerged from the study. "The management." James' eyes darkened. "They had tulips planted in everyone's back garden?"

Keira POV As I approached the back door garden of the castle, I was immediately struck by the lovely plants that surrounded me. The crisp air of early autumn is infused with the sweet scent of blooming flowers, and the gentle rustling of fallen leaves underfoot. Golden yellow chrysanthemums nodded lazily in the breeze, while deep purple asters sway gently alongside delicate pink and white carnations. Clusters of tall, spiky purple Liatris added height and drama to the garden, and the bright red of scarlet sage blooms added a vibrant pop of color.

Although Mila had told her that the pack members rarely entered the garden, she still had to take precautions in case people like Jenedeith sauntered in. The thought of that rude woman made her blood boil. She recalled the way she treated Mila, called her slave and insulted her. Then she was Xavier's mistress meaning she'd be here regularly. Violet sat beside a beautiful red rose bush, and bringing her knees up, she leaned close and enjoyed the sweet scent of the flowers. She slowly traced their little buds and stem, then hissed quietly when something pricked her finger and she just starting to suck on it when a small growl froze her.

Or at least, that’s what she hoped. The night was silent except for the usual, natural sounds. Violet walked slowly through the gardens. Her mother would’ve loved them. Violet smiled, remembering how much her mother loved all things green and growing. Her mother was determined to put a garden somewhere around the house eventually. Violet’s smile dimmed and she looked up into the night sky. Another thing her mother loved, astrology.

They came from noble families, although there was some young money emerging from the fortune of stock markets and whatnot. Green Garden was filled with a delightful odor of roses, and when the night breeze stirred amidst the oak trees, there came the heavy scent of the lilac and the more delicate perfume of the pink-flowering hedges. Violet Wintour didn't fail to turn heads when she walked through the courtyard. Her body spoke of strength and economy of motion. All eyes glued to her.

The packhouse had expanded since the first time we came here. The garden was a big beautiful section of land swimming in sunflowers, roses, lilies, and my favorite, violets! To show you just how big it is, we even had a few growing apple trees.
