The Book Of Life Villains นิยาย & เรื่องราว

Reaches for her robes. Whatever this is — these fragments, these deaths, this sentence written into her soul before she was born — she will not spend another seventeen years simply enduring it. The clan elders have decided this will be the year she sees the outside world. Her debut. The great revealing. The Hidden Daughter of Vaelith, finally presented to a world that has mostly stopped believing she exists. She pulls her collar straight. Adjusts the silver clasp at her shoulder. Catches her own reflection in the dark window glass — pale and still and, in the absence of careful expression, briefly, terribly tired.

Her eyes are full of stars in a way that is not metaphorical — there are actual stars in them, pinpricks of cold light that have no business being inside the eyes of a creature that lives at the bottom of an ocean trench. Black veins climb her throat to her jaw. The veins are mine, in nine years, if I am not careful. "My name is Morrigwen, host. I was the first. The Salt Throne was mine. I burned it down. I burned my own children. The pearl made me hungry and I ate everyone I had ever loved and then I ate the kingdom and then I ate the continent and then there was nothing left but the trench it sent me back to. I have been here for eighteen thousand years. I have been waiting to tell someone

“Yeah.” “I assume it wants life to continue to exist here on Earth. That means it will back the side that will keep life going. That’s us. The big bad wants to destroy everyone. Why else would Life interfere? Does that tell you anything?” “The enemy of my enemy is my friend?” Thea thought. I laughed. “I guess that’s a step in the right direction,” I thought. “You think we can trust this cosmic Life force running through my veins?” Thea thought. “I think we can trust that it wants us to win.”

They don't get to live happily ever after while I'm gone. The pull of death was strong, a chilling force dragging her towards a glowing void in the distance. I can't die like this. I won't. I'll come back. I'll make them suffer. The light began to dim, as something dark and cold wrapped around her, dragging her away from the light. Carmen's spirit was pulled into a vortex of shadows, with bone chilling voices whispering in her ear. But the one which stood out the most was a rough female voice; "You thought death was the end?" the voice murmured. "This is only the beginning."

“This has names. Movements. Alliances that shouldn’t exist.” I opened it, scanning the pages. Warlocks in league with banished Alphas. Sightings of shadow creatures from the northern tundras. A pattern I hadn’t seen before, but now, I couldn’t unsee. “This is what we’re up against?” “Yes. And it’s only getting worse. I need someone on the inside, someone who can walk through fire and not flinch. That’s you.” I closed the book slowly. “I don’t trust easily anymore.”

Alpha Evan asked. I nodded, recalling the story he had told me. "Well, his book, a grimoire, was taken from him by werewolves in a war between the two species many years back. All the members of his coven except for him died in that war and the werewolves took the grimoire away from him and hid it somewhere. It's his family heirloom, all the spells everyone in his family has ever written are in that book. It's his legacy and he wants me to help him get it back," Alpha Evan explained, his tone serious. Judging by the grave and determined expression on his face I could tell that he felt passionately about this and wanted to accomplish this goal as soon as possible.

"Ryder is stronger than you think, no harm will come to him, okay?" Ava nodded, "Okay." Evena looked at the books on the table in front of Ava. "So what are the books for?" "My aunt wants me to learn about the glorious history of vampires." "And how much gloriousness have you seen in all your reading?" Evena asked. "Not much, the ancient vampires were so cruel. Just look, this man named Dracon slaughtered an entire town just because the children laughed at his shirt." "Really?" Evena asked in interest. "Uh...huh, this other woman named Juliet killed all the nuns in a convent by feeding on their blood and draining them."

"Greetings…" "You don't believe me, do you? Take a look at this." Black White knew what Chase and his group were thinking. He grabbed something in the air, and a black and white book appeared in his hand. He placed it in front of Chase and the others. "What's this? Chase looked at the cover of the black and white book. The words 'Book of Life and Death' were printed on it. "The Book of Life and Death?!" He was surprised. Walter and Barry gulped. Was that really the Book of Life and Death?

He smiled. “She kept him alive.” He poured a drink. “She always was curious.” He turned toward the chapel tower. “It’s time to write the last commandment.” ~~~~~~~~~~ BOOK OF BLOOD — NEW ENTRY “Two sons. One made from love. One forged in vengeance. But the mother? She walks between them—not as a guardian. Not as a savior. But as the blade they both must answer to.” — Aria Valente De Rossi

I looked down at my cup to avoid his gaze. Hearing him rambling like this with a heart-broken voice, I can’t help but get mad at the author. Some writers are quite unfair. They decide on their character’s life, what they’re supposed to do, who they’re supposed to be, and how their life will end in the book. Some would never give justifications on the happenings as long as the main characters meet a happy ending. How about the people like Victoria and Ben? They are just side characters who are tossed around for the sake of backstories and plot spices. They are deemed insignificant in the book but being in this world... they all seem real, they are alive, they are humans like me and they have
