Novel & Cerita The Book You Like Most

“Anything really. I like thrillers, horror, fantasy… and my favorite book… well, that depends, I guess.” “On what?” “What genre we’re talking about? In fantasy, I have to go with the classic Lord of the Rings. Neil Gaiman is another favorite, and of course, in horror, you can’t go wrong with Stephen King.” “Wow, impressive,” I replied, and Shaun looked almost bashful. “Yeah, my mom got me into a lot of that. She’s a big reader too.” We talked a little more about books before leaving the small restaurant. “Now, let’s see if we can fix our broken book,” Shaun said as he held my hand to the car.

Other than my bestie, April of course. I can see the woodland straight in front of me and a lake, it’s serene and tranquil. Perfect for sitting on the deck and reading a book. I’m a huge book nerd and at the moment I’m in my classical era and currently reading Anna Karenina. One of my all-time favorites but it is an epic.

I tell him. “I agree, I could not fault him. I think we are done discussing Twisted Games, let us move on Twisted Lies, which is actually my favourite book out of all them,” Blake says. I think about my favourite book and I say to him, “My favourite book is actually Twisted Games, I really love Rhys and Bridget.”

"That sounds thrilling, Dex. I can imagine the breathtaking views." Phoenix grins. "As for me, I absolutely loved sailing around the Greek Islands on a private yacht. The combination of ancient history and stunning landscapes was mesmerizing." "Alright, we've covered movies and traveled the globe. Shall we share our favorite books or literature next?" "Sounds intriguing. Star, why don't you start us off again?" Dexter mutters. Astrid grins, eager to share. "One of my all-time favorite books is 'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho. Its themes of destiny, personal legend, and the journey of self-discovery really resonate with me. I also love romance novels."

He asks with something in his voice I can't quite identify. "You don't know." I say with a slight chuckle in my voice. "Just pick one." I watch idle as he sifts through all the books until he picks one. House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J Maas. "That is one of my favourite books. Although I might just be biased because I love her writing." I lean back in the chair with a satisfied look on my face. "What makes you love someone's writing?" He sits back in his chair and looks at me curiously.

I'm a sucker for romance novels but having a boyfriend in real life doesn't suit me at all. Romance novels are enough flirting and kissing for me. My all-time favorite romance book is The Kissing Booth. My mother says it's 'below my intelligence.' What can I say? I'm a sucker for kissing and handholding. Today is the last nice day of summer. I'm looking forward to eraser shavings covering my hands and the endless homework assignments that keep me busy when I come home to an empty house. Everything in that house is empty at night. I like living in the shadows.

Just random things that are worth talking about and worth remembering. "Oh, don't ask about my favorite when it comes to books. I can't choose. I have so many favorites, the number is rising every time I read a new one." I chuckled. Yeah, that's how engrossed I am with every book that gets my attention. I consider my collection as my babies and they are far more important than my clothes or any material thing that I have. "You are one hell of a book-lover, then." "Is that a bad thing?"

Jordan says. Ignoring him, I turn to the first chapter of the book. Secrets. Just so you know I didn't picked it because of that scum, I kinda like it too. "Okay, I will do just as you say, pretend like you aren't here." "Wait, how often do you come here?" Jordan asks, although I can't see his face, I can feel his gaze on me. "From the outside you don't really look like a person who likes book." "What's your favourite genre?" He asks again, while I strive to comprehend what I am reading. "Mine is supernatural and mystery."

<<36>> * You've got to Realize that the most valuable thing you have is today. * **** ----- Mira. ----- I arrived at my class just in time for the literature class to commence. Literature is no doubt my most favorite subject. The class was interesting and insightful as always, it was a book review. The book we read was the secret history by Donna Tartt and a collection of poems by Hayao Miyazaki The interactive class was super fun and interesting. During the course of it, Eva stood up and asked one of the major questions on my mind, which was why the books we read in literature class are mostly ones written by oldies and not youngsters.
