Laced Control

Laced Control

“Yeah. I just moved to Vargo—really, it’s my first week in the big city. I—you startled me, but I’m okay.” “Good to hear,” Bri murmured, taking a careful step closer, her eyes flickering with intent—and something unmistakably like lust. They stood like that for a beat too long—stillness thick with heat and something unspoken. The memory of pain still clung to the edges of Bri’s mind, but it no longer owned the space. Something else had moved in. Warmer. Riskier. The woman smiled, shy. “I’m Claire.” Bri’s lips twitched upward. “Bai Ryeong. But most people call me Bri.”

“ Yes, “ I finally answered. “ If you say so. Just make sure you are not risking all our lives by underestimating the enemy when he or she is right in front of you. Approach this with smarts, Brianna because, unlike most mafia queens, you have them. That is what makes you so dangerous. You are beautiful, you look innocent, and you are smart. “ He said. Still, I knew that Viv and Lorenzo were not behind it all. They might have taken advantage of the fact that Nik was gone but they would never. They were not smart or rich enough.

The Human Luna: Claimed Too Late

The Human Luna: Claimed Too Late

Malia knew exactly what she was doing. Without thinking, I untangled my arm from Juna’s and strode toward the drink table, grabbing two glasses of wine while keeping my eyes locked entirely on Malia. “I should’ve made her change before we left.” Briar let out a low scoff. “You more than anyone should know these men would stare at her even if she walked in wearing rags.” I ignored him. “Instead of getting angry at other males for appreciating what you tossed aside for so long,” he continued lazily, sarcasm dripping from every word, “maybe focus on those leads you’re so desperate to find.”

The Lullaby of Wolfbane

The Lullaby of Wolfbane

“Like, genuinely. And you, Abby, you disarmed a guard. That was insane. Did you see his face?” “I saw your face,” I mutter. “You looked like you were witnessing a miracle.” “It was a miracle,” she says brightly. “A violent miracle.” Briar walks beside us, quieter than usual but not in her normal storm, cloud way. She keeps glancing toward the service corridors like she’s expecting someone to appear, then catching herself and pretending she wasn’t. I don’t comment. Not because I don’t notice, because I do, but because Briar’s secrets tend to have teeth, and I’m not in the mood to bleed today.

Ex wife, let's give our love a second chance.

Ex wife, let's give our love a second chance.

They must've seen the news, and Fabian must be looking for me to express his disappointment in person. I don't need to hear whatever he thinks he has to say. I did betray him. When I come out of my hiding place after I'm sure they've gone, I dust my arm and hair that I stuck under the table. “Pearl, what did you do to that man? Because the fire in his eyes when he said ‘Tell her Fabian Barlow was here’ is no joke. It was intense.” I smile tightly, “it's a long story. You'll get bored.”

Can't Lose You

Can't Lose You

I moaned into his mouth as his hands wandered, one of them stopping to cup my butt and squeeze gently. “C-can you stop staring at me…” I whispered, voice barely above a breath. He pulled back slightly, his lips curving into a mischievous smile. “Why?” “I’m… shy. No one has ever seen me like this. Completely,” I admitted, eyes dropping in embarrassment. I wasn’t ashamed; I didn’t know how to handle being this vulnerable. He leaned in closer, brushing a soft kiss on my shoulder. “You’re a goddess, Briella. Every inch of you… is perfect. You have nothing to be shy about. You were made for a King.”

SCARRED HEARTS (Book 2 of Precious Series)

“I am so sorry Tire, I never realized, how often did he lock you in? My God, he really was a loathsome creature. I am just so glad he is gone but I hope you will retire from your underground activities. You have some legal properties now, why don’t you focus on those?” “And not able to provide you with back-up if needed? You are my only family left Brick. I heard that my Ma died and I was not able to go see her one last time. I don’t even have other siblings. I know this is too much to ask, but I hope and pray that you still consider me your brother. “

Liam (Book 2)

Liam (Book 2)

He was observing the two-piece garments. "Birdie has some excellent taste. I mean," he holds up the bar in front of him. "These are see-through." I almost screech, grab the bar from his hand, put it back in the bag, and hug it tightly. "I will not wear these." "Why not? I think you will look sexy in them," Liam growled, wetting his lips. I gasp. "Okay, I won't ask you to wear them. But at least tell me why?"

Beautiful and Healed(Book 2)

Beautiful and Healed(Book 2)

I only took him so that she will left but nothing. "Sure, I'll be back!", I replied. I promptly texted Brian where he was so that he can guide me to the place where he buried Lucy alive. I could feel the cold wind brushing my face when I rolled down my car window. --- Even the weather in the Philippines wasn't the same as the winter season of the states, the damp air on her skin was a bit strange. She feels anxious and she doesn't know why. She wrapped her arms around her shivering body when Brian hastily sneak on her window and she startled in surprise.

Mated to Brianna

Mated to Brianna

they do come from the same timeline and cross into each other :) The reading order is as follows; Timber Alpha, Mated to Brianna, Mylo (Add to length of Timber Alpha), Alpha Heirs (coming in fall) Find my group on F******k for updates, general discussions, and reading orders. I'd love to see who you all picture for the characters, hear who you love, who you hate, and who you love to hate! I'm always interested in feedback so I can help my books continue to be what you truly love to read. "GoodNovel - Marie Night - Readers"

I love this book! The author has done a great job with the whole series. I believe you could read this book on its own, but it's worth starting with Timber Alpha and reading in order. Just remember to come back to this book before continuing with Mylo.

Exceeded my expectations. After reading the Timber Alpha, I wasn't sure this could live up to the first book. It totally did. Beautiful and brilliant twist in the Bonus chapters that totally made me cry.
