Nile led the way. It was not easy to find their way out, especially in this chaotic situation. They also had to avoid the warriors as much as possible, but thankfully, they found a window big enough for them to get out. First, Nile went out, followed by Nessa. When Rye was about to climb out, a gunshot rang through the corridor. This caused Nessa to lose her footing, causing her to fall to the ground. She watched Rye scrunch his face; his hand was holding his neck. Blood seeped through his fingers.

Naelis felt the blood drain from her face as she remembered the day vividly, the grief that had shattered her father, how he blamed her and the funeral with the empty casket. "The body," the monk said, turning to Naelis. "Was your mother’s body ever recovered?" Naelis swallowed hard, her throat feeling like it was filled with sand. "No, they said the car fell off the cliffs of the northern pass. The current was too strong and they found blood on the scene... a lot of it. They said there was no way anyone could have survived the fall." The monk shook his head slowly. "A primordial does not die from a fall, and their blood is not so easily spilled. If she was running, she was running from some

He sucked into a deep breath and turned his face away, his gaze back to the black sky and his hand curled into a fist, "Dead." My heart sped as the sickness I kept down clawed through my veins and pounded in my ears. I felt sick. Unsettled...because for the very first time in my life, I felt relief upon the announcement of someone's death. Maybe it's wrong, maybe it's not, but I wanted his death more than anything else. A part of me fought through that feeling before, for Alex only. I wanted Nikolas to stay alive just so Alex would finally have his brother by his side. I was okay to live with that life — a life that included Nikolas, just for Alex.

Trent added as he pulled the trigger to Reinaldo shooting him in his head. Everyone was in shock to watch Trent do that without any hesitation in his eyes and voice. "This your life is worthless as payment for what you’ve done, but killing you is one of the best things I’ve ever decided to do." Trent said and pulled another trigger to the old man’s body that is laying on the ground. "Trent." Death called his name. River immediately runs towards his brother and friends just like the other did, Chaos eyes are already about to close and his eyeballs are like full white already but looks like he is trying to stay awake. From time to time, there would be a touch of scarlet color in the Nile River, which could not be dissolved for a few days because too many creatures' blood spilled into the Nile River. After a month, they met the little monk and the nun again. There were originally 30 people in the line-up, but now there were only seven or eight people left, looking desolate. It was inevitable for them to have a conversation when old friends met. Dragon, who had just killed a survivor of the Inuit in the Ascension Realm, was very pleased with himself. After glancing at the man by the river, the little monk bowed with respect and then left in a hurry.

Ibrahim Pasha came to know through the news and he was in this condition as if he was bitten and his body did not bleed. Everyone was in disbelief. Alex's aunt had reached her place immediately. "You guys killed my Alex!" She was complaining and crying continuously. Her husband was trying hard to comfort her, but he knew that Alex was dearer to him than his own children. The news of Alex's death was a shock to everyone. But that one being had died with him. He used to watch the divers on the river bank searching for his body from morning till evening. Today was the second day and he was sitting stiffly in the same semi-soaked clothes on the river bank hoping to catch a glimpse of him. Ibrahi

This shocked Jack. “All right, the video is over. Today’s execution live broadcast officially begins. Since you like to cut other people’s internal organs so much, then this game is very suitable for you. The name of the game is ‘The Scales of Death.’ In Egyptian mythology, the god of death, Anubis, would weigh the heart of the dead after a person died.
