I raised the golf club and viciously swung it at her favourite crystal ornament. At that same moment, my stomach had a sudden, bad cramp. I blacked out from the pain and lost my footing. Whitney called out my name in a panic, "Harvey!" That was the last sound I heard before I fell unconscious. … When I opened my eyes, I was already in the hospital. Whitney was sitting beside my bed, holding a medical report. There was a swirl of mixed emotions in her expression. The anxiety in her eyes dissolved when she noticed I was awake.

“Look at yourself! Suspicious, jealous, and always imagining the worst. “You’re nothing like the thoughtful woman you used to be. You grew up on the streets, Clea. “You could never compare to someone like Fran, who has wealth and grace. “If you have the energy to make up lies, you’re clearly not that sick. “Stay home, reflect on yourself, and clean up the place before I get back. And don’t call me.” The door slammed shut behind him as silence swallowed the room. Then I felt a wet warmth between my legs. The life inside me was slipping away. With the last of my strength, I reached for my phone and called my best friend, Lina Lester.

The elder said. "We have a total of four omega here and two beta." He continued but I don't quite understand. "What's that?" I asked them. Is it some nicknames? All of them look at me. “Can you transform young miss?” Mui asked me. What do they mean by transform? "Of course not." I stated. Isn't it obvious? How can I transform? I'm not some kind of ghost or what not. What kind of question is that, though? "Then you're an omega." Mui said.

The creature took a similar form of a human and perhaps because its always been around human, it knows perfectly way how to make itself appeared more humane. His face didn’t appear familiar to Rose but she was certain that the charming face the Fallen had shown wasn’t its true face and rather a mere face he had stolen from a human he had seen before.. or perhaps his own victims. “What?” His voice layered one over the other, sounding as though four to seven people talking together at the same time that sharply pierced her ears but after some adjustment, the Fallen spoke again in a smoother voice of a human, “What do you want from me woman?”

He was becoming something no Alpha had ever been before. The ground split wide beneath me, the ropes yanked tighter, dragging me dangerously close to the fissure. Screams rose as soldiers scrambled to flee, stones collapsing into the abyss. And then, I slipped. The earth gave way under my knees. The chain jerked, Serena shouting my name as I tumbled toward the chasm. My last sight before the void swallowed me was Logan’s blazing eyes locking on mine. Suddenly, Fiona falls into a collapsing fissure while Logan is mid-transformation, his power rising beyond anything seen before.

Yuttt replied. “So what do you think is wrong with them?” Kal asked in curiosity. “Do you think that they’re dead?” Heather asked. “They are supposed to be dead because the transformation can only take place when they’re dead or unconscious,” Tom explained. “The first one I did, she did faint but I can’t remember what happened because I ran straight home after she fell and was unconscious. Since then, my dad has not let me do any transformations.” “Oh I see,” Tom replied. Shortly after, the luna reported in excitement. “They’re awake.”

Slowly, the crimson in his eyes faded, returning to their familiar hue, and I could see the struggle within him as his muscles began to relax, limbs retracting as he transitioned back to his human form. The transformation was agonizing to witness—his wailing echoed through the night, raw and heart-wrenching as if he were mourning the loss of everything that mattered. It was a sound that spoke of despair, untold sorrow, and the heavy toll of the battle he had fought not just against us, but within himself.

I let out a cry of agony as my legs twisted, the bones reshaping themselves painfully. "Please, make it stop," I whimpered, tears streaming down my face. "I don't know how," Alaric said, his voice breaking. "But I'll find a way. Just hold on a little longer." The transformation process suddenly became chaotic, the power within me surging uncontrollably. It felt like a storm raging inside my body, tearing me apart from the inside. Just when I thought the transformation was about to complete, everything went horribly wrong. My body convulsed violently, and I collapsed onto the floor, writhing in agony.
