The uncontrollable factors in my life seem to distract me – I focus my mind so much on what can not be changed and how I wish it would change , that I allow my anxiety to take over. In stead of concentrating on the factors that can not be changed , I could focus more on the factors that could be changed. I picked it immediately, and started going through it. After a while, I noticed I wasn't hearing any sound from the cook. I looked around and found her wiping tears off her eyes with the hem of her apron.
