The house that used to be filled with matching sets for couples was empty, with no signs of anyone living there before at all and so clean it looked like it was ready for a new resident. Hi! Its me Dchenemi but you already know that lol. I want to thank you for sticking with this book this far and answer a few questions. Firstly O would like to apologize for the lack of updates, I have ongoing exams and I'm unable to focus on writing while the pressure of getting good grades are breathing down on my neck ahah. Secondly, this arc of the book will be over and after that there'll be one last arc to round up everything and then The Forgotten Marriage will be done and Roman and Amelia's story will give way to other books in the Volkov's Series.

“Did you receive my gift?” Jacyn didn’t flinch or step back. She met his gaze directly, her voice professional but utterly cool. “Yes, Mr. Yan. I received it. And I put it away in a drawer. I don’t have time for distractions during business hours.” Yan chuckled softly, completely unfazed by her rejection, though a shadow of real pain crossed his features. So, we can see out, but no one can see in. It makes the room feel bigger than it is. Helps if someone feels claustrophobic at any time.”
