Should do what I always did and put the empire first. But I didn’t move. Just stood there in that hallway outside her room, listening to Nico’s voice murmuring something I couldn’t make out, listening to Nina’s quiet responses. And I made a decision. I wasn’t my father. I wouldn’t be my father. Which meant I had to let her go. Even if it killed me. Even if she was the only thing that had made me feel human in years. I had to let her go before I destroyed what was left of her.

They were guilty. Their greediness led them to the third war between The Kings (First and Second) and The Emperor (Shadow). They had no respect for Shadow and they feared her at the same time. It was so ridiculous. Eagle squeezed his eyes for a moment, rephrasing his sentence. “I, hereby, The Emperor of the Underworld is declaring my own death to you guys. This emperor also will be buried at a secret place where no one can access it and will disappear from their sight. The end.”

“You, who have not reached maturity, have already stepped foot on the Divine Steps… Even in those days, you could be considered extremely talented.” The Divine Steps... It was the Divine Steps again! It was not the first time Andrius had heard of it. Thus, he quickly asked, “What are the Divine Steps?” The Demon Emperor’s expression was indifferent and unreadable. “If you defeat Us, then We will tell you everything.” Defeat him... Andrius’ face became much more solemn upon hearing that. The Demon Emperor was a powerful figure from over a thousand years ago. He was the founder of a sect and renowned throughout the world!

Locked them away. Sweat slid down my neck. My breathing steadied. Minutes passed. Or hours. I did not know. A voice outside the door made my eyes snap open. “Prepare Prince Lior.” Another voice answered. “The carriage to the Tyrant Emperor leaves at dawn.” Silence. I stared toward the door. Then slowly… I smiled. Cold. Sharp. Terrifying. “Ragnar,” I murmured. The Blood Tyrant. The monster emperor. The man this body had feared so much he chose death.

The shop owner was still looking terrified as he came to peer out and rushed in again. He must have called the cops. "Devil," He hoarsely said. "The famous devil?" Assassin asked, looking a little shocked. "I should recognize you from your look. No one has ever seen you."

She notices something moving in the pressbox across from them, noticing figures occupy it. Theo catches her eye from inside, standing beside a giant man, with eyes as stern and stormy as his. They're an intense blue just like a ghost of Theo's. His hairs long and white with a golden crown pushing it away from his face. He's a hulk of a man. She feels the weight of those eyes when they cut to her, feeling intense pressure. The shivers are back and nearly make her crumble. She sees another god standing to the left of him and feels Damon stiffen next to her. She notices he's watching the figure beside who she knows to be Zeus and Theo.

by Ethan Choi His name is Thorran Savage although he preferred to be called by one syllable nickname “Thor”. Yes, just like the God of Thunder, he’s our god. We call him our god because we had no other choice. Thor is the strongest of the strongest hence there is no comparable word other than god.

Goosebumps travelled up her arm, she could blow up. Her emotions changed as fast as the Emperors, who now looked bitter and back to his original personality. "Humans." He spoke. "Hm?" Alexis who had been broken away from her own turmoil stared at the Emperor. "I have a bad reputation with humans." He turned around, "I'll leave Agathus with you so don't travel too far. He'll notify me if you accidentally blow up." He cruelly laughed as he left. Alexis' heart froze. She felt a bit baffled at the change of behaviour in the once nice Emperor. She had even begun to think he might not be nearly as bad as she had made him out to be. But, all that had just come crashing.
