The God Of Speed Novels & Stories

The paved road presented subtle slopes as the intimidating-looking powerful machine increased its speed and the roar of the engine was lost in the endless darkness of the desert that stretched between the giant mountains that shaped the temples that fragmented along the way. Irony was the black Porsche passing at overwhelming speed in front of the temple that was located in Edfu, the temple of Horus, the god of the rising sun who sacrificed the safety of his own life in the name of avenging the death of his father Osiris, a God like the one who did not cease his quest until he killed the murderer of the one he loved most and finally became ruler of Egypt.

I zero my eyes at it and instantly recognize the creature. Goatmen, the servants of Ishtar but what are they doing here? I feel my chest rumble with a growl thinking about that goddess of fertility. She pairs my wolves. The matchmaker or whatever the other gods like to call her. I don’t like her a bit, in fact, I loathe her. We’re enemies.

From now on, he should try to solve this problem himself. Joshua’s speed was simply astonishing. Joniss was furious and shouted at the driver “What are you doing?” “Miss, he’s driving a Maybach.” The brawny man cautiously replied. “Let me drive!” Joniss was angry. She stepped hard on the gas pedal and the car sped down the road. She frantically chased after him.

Between us stand two lives. A Bentley pulled up smoothly in front of me. My best friend leaned out the window and waved the plane tickets in her hand. "Counselor, if you keep dawdling, the flight out of Harbor City won't wait for you." I nodded, opened the passenger door, and got in without hesitation. The car roared away from the courthouse. In the rearview mirror, Julian and Rosie still stood there in a daze, their figures growing smaller and smaller. After a turn, they disappeared from my sight completely.

God, is the existence of the high and mighty, overlooking the multitude of beings every move, but now, the souldevouring demonic flower swept the human world, wars all over the world, corpses everywhere, why, there is no God to save all beings . "Haha!" Xiao Dust tilted his head and laughed, his long hair fluttering behind his shoulders as he coldly said, "God? What is a god? Shouldn't a god bless all beings? But why, why is everyone dead? God can't even protect himself, what qualifications does he have to call himself a god in front of mortals!"

Goldie could only look back, and Leonardo could see that he was a little bit confused. “Like, uh - Boom! Kapow!” He quickly adds, hoping that onomatopoeia helps him understand. Goldie looks at the car and nods. He promptly lets go of Leonardo and raises his hands. The car begins to glow with the same color as always. It floats off the ground, reaching about two meters high before violently crashing into the ground. “Okay, I think that should do it,” Leonardo says in a haste. He turns to the wall and then looks back at Goldie. The young man notices his gaze, and without any warning, he sends him flying over the wall.

In her hand was the perfume I had wanted so badly last month but could not bring myself to buy. "You're back?" Keith instinctively pulled his arm away from Caroline. "Today isn't one of the days you're supposed to come home." I had not even said anything yet. Caroline looked at me timidly, her eyes wide. "Silvia, don't misunderstand. I just came to visit my godmother." I glanced at her calmly. "Why are you so nervous? I didn't even do anything. You're making it look like I'm the bad guy." Caroline looked even more frightened. It was the kind of fragile, pitiful expression that made people want to protect her.

I snorted, "when I am in heaven smiling at you while you are begging on your knees in hell." He chuckles at my words and in the next second, he is holding me by the collar of my clothes. "Oh you think you can go to your heaven?" he menacingly asks. "Yes, because your moon goddess is not even close to anything as my creator" I retorted. "So naïve and so stupid. You think your God will be here to save you" he shouted at me. "He will because my God is a God of so many things that you pitiful creature are not" I spat back holding his gaze.

"The steam is just the symptom. The engine is at the bottom of the ocean." I looked at Torin. The Lunar Vanguard possessed the unadulterated speed of the void. He was immune to earthly friction. "General," I said, a dark, brilliant smile crossing my exhausted face. "How fast can you run on water?"
