The Guardian Wolf And Her Alpha Mate Read Online Free Novels & Stories

My father paused before suddenly yelling at me really loudly, "What's with the crying?! An Alpha's daughter only bleeds but never cries! Tell me, did that rascal bully you?!" I wanted to say 'No' nonchalantly, but all reason fell apart when I heard the familiar yelling. "He never loved me, Dad…" I cried and grieved like a little child. Tears poured down my face like a waterfall. They refused to stop no matter how hard I tried. I used up a lifetime of tears in that call. My father was initially quiet, but he soon cried with me as well. "Oh, my poor Rhea. Come home. Heavenly Wolf Pack will always be your home."

Despite my frailty, the former alpha female's aura still commanded respect. "Luna, may the moon bless your union," she said, her voice trembling but joyful. Dominic knelt before my grandmother, a gesture of profound respect rarely shown by alphas outside their own bloodline. He listened attentively as she shared traditional pack wisdom and blessings, showing no impatience despite the ceremony's interruption. The gathered pack members, sensing the shift in power dynamics, began offering congratulations. "The alpha and his mate are truly moon-blessed!" "Who claimed the she-wolf had no mate? Her alpha merely arrived with the hunter's moon rising!"

Not a single she-wolf in the pack had managed to stir my wolf enough to matter, let alone provoke a mating bond. Not that I would have gone ahead with the mating regardless. “Still,” one elder persists after a short pause. “A proper Alpha needs a mate to control their aggression. Even if you think you’re fine now, as more time passes, you’ll find your emotions becoming more and more unstable!” I shouldn’t, but I can’t help myself and roll my eyes. “You make it sound like I’ll, out of nowhere, jump and attack members of the pack.” “It’s not entirely unreasonable,” another elder intones.

He licked his lower lip while taking rapid breaths, and his chest was rising and falling, making him even more handsome. "And you are my mate." He said he was leaving me in confusion. "What do you mean?" I asked him back. "You are the mate of this alpha baby." He winked at me while chuckling softly. "I am your mate." I blinked my eyes, showing a piece of confusion on my face. "Yeah, you are a mate." He smiled. Omg, I didn't know about this. "But can a human be the mate of a wolf?" I inquired with a piece of doubt.

she says. “You can’t believe everything you hear,” Jesse tells her. “Who are you and why do you care anyway?” He motions for Meadow to come stand with us and he not-so-subtly pulls her behind his back. The woman watches the interaction then turns to me. “The rumors may not be true, but that mark on your neck says you’re mated to a wolf. If the rumors are true, that wolf is an Alpha, one of the children of the Guardians. The Guardians have never protected the witches, but if they are protecting you, I was wondering if they are protecting others.”

And now I live with the choice we made. Now I feel nothing but guilt. I have scented my mate. Twice now and both times I have failed to find her and now I’m about to do a ceremony that will block me from her for even longer. Is it wrong to keep Trudy around to satiate my wolf until I can be with my mate? Would my mate understand, or would she be angry? Ali says that the guardian bond will calm my wolf, but what if she is wrong and it sends him into overdrive?

Kayden added and I shook my head in agreement. Kayden did a click sound. “Such an interesting story. So what happened in the end?” He asked. “The she-wolf asked the alpha mate to go far away so she could be with the alpha. And the she-wolf ended up killing the Alpha’s mate while he was watching her.” I narrated. “That’s terrible of him to watch the death of his mate.” Kayden commented. “Why did the aloha cheat when he has a mate? And why did he stand to watch the death of his mate?” I questioned.

she said, shifting the mood back, “your problem.” I blinked. Right, the potion and the ritual. She nodded toward the door. “Come back in a few hours,” she said. “I’ll have the mixture ready for you.” I stood. “Thank you,” I said. I meant it more than she probably realized. I turned to leave— “Ethan.” I paused and looked back. Her gaze was serious now. “If you do find your mate,” she said slowly, “be careful.” My chest tightened. “Your Alpha wolf…” she continued, “is stronger than any I have ever encountered. Since the day you were brought in here due to the link you had with those witch's vessel, I had sensed a powerful and overwhelming power from you.”

No hint of what she should be. She was wolfless. My mind struggled to process that. Mate bonds didn’t form with wolfless individuals. It wasn’t possible. The wolf recognized its match. But if she had no wolf… My wolf didn’t care. It knew what it knew. MATE. OURS. CLAIM. The girl was still trying to clean my suit. Her hand brushed my arm and electricity shot through me at the contact. Pure. Intense. Like touching a live wire. I gasped. Couldn’t help it.

"And who are you? the voice asked. I looked up, and was shocked by who I saw. That's the most powerful man in the territory, The Alpha. Alpha Kael, and not just any Alpha, Lucas Uncle. I stood up, totally speechless. I've heard a lot about Alpha Kael, aside the fact that's he's very cruel, people always said he was handsome. This was my first time meeting him up close, and handsome was definitely an understatement. So tall, huge with blue eyes like his daughter. I noticed I had been staring, and not answered the question he asked. I tried to reply, but Aurelia beat me to it. "Daddy, she's my friend. She helped me when some girls were bullying me, and she promised to help me with my drawing".
