The Guardian Wolf And Her Alpha Mate Read Online Free Novels & Stories

“You don’t have to be all those things to be his mate.” I turned to her slowly. “You know the criteria, Loraine. The Alpha’s mate must be someone who can lead beside him. Someone whose wolf is strong enough to bear the Alpha’s mark and protect the pack. I’m not strong enough. I don’t even have a wolf. I’m... I’m nothing.” Her face softened. “Don’t say that.” “Well, it’s true.” There was a silence between us; a silence that said more than either of us dared to say aloud.

That simple smile took away all of my anxiety. I smiled back at him and nodded. I can do this. We walked together to the rock where we both stood. Woah! These people are so much. "Welcome one! Welcome, all! To the Crowning of Luna Isabelle... The Alpha's rightful mate." An older man yelled into the night. Cheers replied to him as well as howls. "Now Now, it's time for the swearing-in of the new Luna of Red Flower Pack!" He said and then turned to me.

He watched her in the distance, his mind clouded over in confusion. How could he, one of the coldest Alphas in the country, have a mate? The thought of having to take care of someone for the rest of his life haunted him. He always thought he was meant to run the most powerful pack that had no weaknesses; once his wolf becomes attached to hers, nothing can tear them apart. It is known to be the cause of the deaths of many great Alphas, and yet here he stood, unable to tear his eyes away from her.

"Shifters usually live in packs, large groups of families that have lived together for generations. The leader of the pack is the Alpha; in our case that's Gabe. His mate is the Luna. She is his most trusted confidant and has her own responsibilities to the pack. She helps make decisions about care for pups, the injured, and struggling members of the pack. She's very important. We don't have a Luna right now. Gabe has been looking for his mate for a long time." "And he thinks it's me?" I asked incredulously. "He knows it's you. You can feel it, can't you?" he asked. He looked at me curiously. I bit my lip. I had felt something strange whenever Gabe was around. His scent made my wolf go crazy

I know Emlyn will have them close it behind her so I race out, shifting into Keena as I leap off the back patio. Because I’m a Guardian, I’m faster than the warriors and begin to outrun them, Keena pushing to get to her mate. The instinct to protect him is impossible to resist now that we're at war. He may be our Alpha, but we are his Guardian. I’m not sure where all of these wolves came from. I didn’t think that Alpha Wyatt had so many, but it appears that we’re outnumbered. As I get closer to Cohen, I begin fighting against the wolves I come into contact with. They slow me from getting to my mate, angering Keena even more, making her savage, killing the opposing wolves quickly and viciousl

At least, not until I had gotten to where Mel had dog-eared a page. Surprisingly enough, that part caught my attention, and I began reading. From what I understood, the wolves have a tradition of rejecting someone they do not want. And right on the page I was reading, was a woman rejecting her man. Or her mate, like the author called it. I felt tears in my eyes as I read the words spewing from his mate's mouth. I hated her more and more with each passing second, as I could feel deep in my core the pain coursing through him.

I noticed a small smile on her face as she stepped out, and my heart melted. Love. I had found love in this pack, from wolves who knew nothing about me. And I decided then, that I would stay, and have babies for them—as many as they wanted. I would obey all the rules in the contract book. If that would prolong my stay and make them happy, I could do that much. Especially for Alpha Rowan. My mate. The only one who survived. When the door closed behind us, my eyes finally met his. His eyes softly ran over my face, his concerned eyebrows raised in worry.

When there is enough distance between us, they bow together as if they are paying a respect to me. "Good evening, milady, the Alpha needs you now," they said seriously but the respect in their voices was evident. Who's Alpha? Is he the one who kidnapped me and what does he need? The two women came to me at the same time and helped me to stand up even though I didn't agree. I don't think they cared if I agreed or not, they really just let me know that whoever that Alpha was needed me.

oning against her pretty pink ass, 'Take it little mate take all of me.' His loud growl echoes around the cottage as he thrust hard slamming against her g-spot and finding his release at the same time she found hers. Anastasia walked to the edge of the clearing and stopped to look back at her mother's cottage, it was all locked up and secured, the Beta had seen to it and in her hand she held a small case with a few mementoes of their life together and a change of clothes. It was all she had wanted to bring with her.

Mate. I swallowed hard and slowly reached out. The moment our hands touched, a surge of energy shot through me—hot, alive, and terrifying. I stumbled slightly, my breath catching in my throat. My wolf screamed, twisting, writhing, awakening fully for the first time. “You feel that?” he asked, his golden eyes scanning me like he could see into my soul. “Yes…” I whispered, trembling. “What is this?” He smiled, but it was a dark, dangerous smile, one that made my knees weak. “That, little wolf… is the bond of true mates. It can’t be broken—even by an Alpha’s rejection.”
