The Housemaids Secret Novels & Stories

Before I could even backtrack and understand how I had gotten here, a crick echoed across the hallway as the bookshelf opened up, revealing a secret passage hidden within the walls. My curiosity took root as I stepped into the passage, the door slamming shut behind me. I had only taken a few steps when I was ambushed by a group of maids. “You're the new girl sent by madam Chasity right?” Before I could even respond and clarify the misunderstanding, I was dragged along with them as we approached a strange door within the passage. She took out a rusted key, unlocking the door and shoving me inside. “Remember, success in pleasing the young master will be rewarded but his dissatisfaction could c

He scratched his head in confusion and several thoughts cloud his mind, one thing is sure, he was not prepared for this, he seem not ready and he didn’t even know who to talk to and he seem like he is loosing it gradually. “What do you mean your kitchen?” Sadiqah asked her. “My husband build this house and he owns everything in this house and so I have equal rigjt as you in this house.” Sadiqah said “Of course, “ her friend said nodding from the living room where she was. “I can do as I please.” She said to spite Aziza who just stood in the middle of the kitchen and watched. “I am now his favourite , your time is over.” Sadiqah said and Aziza heard the friend in the living room laughed.

Her voice is low and quiet. She’s Amanda, 49 years old and our one and only maid, she’s been working with us for 5 years already. “Shhh... just go to Elizabeth’s room. Make sure that she doesn’t come out.” I whisper and waited for her to leave completely. My hands are shaking. I touch the doorknob. I could hear a strange noise as I listen carefully. I didn't want to remember that I was alone! After a few hours of crying, I began to feel that my tears were drying up. I looked at the clock and it was almost midnight, so I got out of bed and picked up the box that I had dropped on the floor as soon as I went upstairs, where the uniform was kept. It was like a horror movie to open that box, it contained the prelude to a great nightmare, I took a deep breath as I looked at the garment, it was very reminiscent of the uniform of one of the maids at my old mansion. "I want my house," I mumbled sadly, it was so frustrating and so unreal to be living through all this, even though it was almost two months since I moved in, it was still all a bit o

Aubrey raised her eyes, met Davis's gaze, and stammered, "I-I-I am..." Interrupting her, Evan's voice resonated through the room. "My wife will not apologize to anyone," he declared, surprising everyone, including Mrs. Jane, who looked at Evan in disbelief. "Your wife?" Mr. Davis questioned, shocked. "Yes, both you and your mistress were berating my wife," Evan affirmed. "So, you married a maid," Mr. Davis sneered. Evan laughed and responded, "She is not a maid. She chooses to work because she enjoys it. Besides, you can marry any random woman off the stre

The maid said slowly, "She asked me to tell you to come to see her right away because Miss Helen has something to tell you." Hearing this, Mrs. Luna hurried upstairs to find Helen. Meanwhile, the maid turned away, returning to her usual house cleaning duties. At this moment, Anna is always hiding in the kitchen, constantly observing the situation, when no one is paying attention to her, or seeing anyone wandering in the main house area. Anna quietly went upstairs.

ETHAN'S POV The knock on my study door came just as I was finishing a call with one of the company's directors. I leaned back in my chair and rubbed my forehead. “Come in.” The door opened slowly. One of the maids stepped inside. Her face was pale, and she looked like she was struggling to find the right words. “Sir…” I frowned. “What is it?” She hesitated. “Mrs. Stone has been taken to the hospital.” My entire body went still.

Theresa’s smile darkened as she muttered. “Dead secrets tell no stories.” ——— Just before dawn. One of the guards secretly entered the maid’s room and sprinkled a wolfsbane oil at the bottom of her boots while she was sleeping. An hour later… The maid woke up and set off for her journey home. They followed her scent minutes later. She visited few friends nearby to wave goodbye and even stopped at some markets to buy things for her mom. She finally got back home at dusk without noticing anyone tailing her.
