Probably in order to maintain colour contrast, another colour was dark blue was added and was present at minimal places. As Mary's eyes landed on the bed, she glanced at the bag stuffed in her hand by Housekeeper Alvin and her heart trembled fiercely. Her lips curled downwards in a mocking manner as she thought back to herself how she had thought that she had escaped her fate. When Mary heard how good the young master was, and most importantly, how none of the maids in the house were humiliated, she thought she would be like any other normal maid and would not have to do something that she didn't wanted to.

"Father when picking a good housemaid, she should not be as beautiful as me. If she is going to be by my side and follow me, then she should be invisible to everyone other than the person whose hands she waits on. She must take good care of only me. If I get all of the good qualities in a maid, I am set for success. Then instead of her serving me, she is going to have eyes for my husband instead. Father we have to pick one who is average looking so all the attention will be on me when I enter the room." The small missus of the house strutted around the yard as all the prospective maids were standing in an odd formation around the courtyard.

offered Patriza to the woman and clung her arms unto her. Achetbir's mother didn't speak and just went with Patriza towards the desired place. I gave out a deep breath when they're finally gone. I roamed my eyes around the entirety of the living room, it was full of mud and leaves were unevenly scattered on the floor. Things that even a stupid person could recognize that this was all planned. The maids that I usually see here when I come over vanished like a bubble, even the maid from earlier who brought the materials was also gone. Maybe, it was because Mrs. Villa Forca ordered them to stay in their chamber and told not to help me.

Adam answered. Exactly! How can I afford paying a maid when I was having hard time paying my rent on time?! “Well, that’s right. And even if she has the money, the maid will complain. She will clean the house but she does not know that her boss was abducted. She will get nothing,” Brett said the sad truth. I cleared my throats as I put the dirty dishes in the sink. My house is small, so it’s easy to go to different parts of the house.

Given Rolland's carefree personality and solitary living, things were often misplaced, requiring her considerable effort to organize them properly. By the time she stepped out of the compact apartment, it was already approaching afternoon. She made her way straight back to the mansion, feeling a subtle pull towards the place she could call home, no matter how much she resisted. As she entered the house, it struck her as unusual that the atmosphere was so quiet upon opening the door. Considering she hadn't returned the previous night, she had sent a text message to Maria, their maid, informing her not to come today. There shouldn't be anyone else present in the household. Adjusting her shoes,

A strange flutter started low in her belly, spreading outward like ripples in water. ''What the hell was this?'' She'd never felt anything like this.
