I turned the thought over as I walked to class, and the more I turned it, the more it seemed to fit into all the empty spaces I hadn't noticed before, all the dead ends that maybe weren't dead ends at all, maybe were just a girl who'd had six months and every reason in the world to actually find an answer if she'd truly wanted one.
