Life After Prison

Life After Prison

"Haha, what a pity, I thought we could witness the demise of some saintman or divine heir." Just as the words fell, several streaks of light traversed the void at an incredible speed—wiping out elements along the way—and appeared near the planet. As the lights faded, a group of young individuals in black robes became visible. Among them, the one at the forefront was a man in his thirties, with a dignified appearance, a well-built physique, and an aura of a level seven paragon shining like a beacon in the darkness, illuminating the surroundings for miles.

one of the best novels of this site. well written and great story. The only problem is Monday you get a lot of pages and chapters, and the rest of the week you get a page a day. Come on the author and this site can do better. Really about to stop reading because of this.

The Rest Is Light

The Rest Is Light

Elliot scooped me up with surprising gentleness and settled me into the back seat of his car. It took a moment for me to gather enough strength to barely crack open my eyes. "Can I use your phone?" I asked, my voice barely a whisper. He raised an eyebrow, clearly not expecting that, but he did not ask questions. He unlocked his phone and handed it over. I quickly accessed my cloud account, my face a blank mask as I hit the send button. The information I had was explosive, and within moments, it was lighting up the inboxes of every major media outlet and influencer in Cascade City–including Nash, Rebecca, and Calvin's personal emails.

Second Light

Second Light

"Where will you go if you leave? If you say you're sorry to Yvonne for real, I might think about letting you stay." Before I could answer, Yvonne got upset. "Eric, she can't take all that! Wasn't she supposed to leave with nothing?" Right in front of us, Yvonne opened all my suitcases, scattering my things all over the ground. Eric looked annoyed, but she quickly said, "Eric, I only heard about what happened today. She almost killed you back then. You can't be nice to her and let her take all these valuable things!" Eric believed her without a doubt, and the next second, he took out a lighter and tossed it onto my pile of stuff.

Then the light behaved differently. For the first time since any of this began, the pale uncertain glow beneath her skin didn't wait. It didn't rise tentatively from her palms and fade before she could understand it. It moved on its own. Not a flicker. Not a question. It flared, white and sharp, tearing through her skin not as a localised spark but as a violent fracture that raced down her arms and leaked from beneath her fingernails. The light wasn't something she was carrying anymore.

Light And Night

Light And Night

The Starlight members consist of professional members who have been rigorously trained. It was seen that the only girl who became a member of Starlight was only Lux Charlisa. Although, she is a girl. However, people respected her and greatly admired her. She is a strong and intelligent girl, unlike other girls. Lux had always managed to complete her missions successfully, without failure. Therefore, it was no wonder she served as the vice-leader of her team, Blue Starlight. After a few hours later... At 18:30 Lux, Azura, Noah, and Zack were gathered together in a place that was quiet and dark. The Blue Starlight team had already got a different mission from the other teams. They were already

Human Kid

Ryan informed them all. "It's gonna be okay, I assure you she's too small to be put in jail," Ashley comforted Linda, who was worried about her little daughter's fate. "Probably Juvenile," Ryan said in a cold tone and went out. Suzanne went out also, carrying Patches and Ethan followed her. Ashley sighed and went after them. Soon the door was flung open. Some heroes in their youth came in. They were only three. "Hero League," the tallest that stood in the middle flashed his ID card. The guy and girl that stood beside him also flashed theirs.

Light&Fire Academy.

Wissa yells running toward her, it's her who's on the ground. "Cinderella, Cinder, Ella, big sister," I say going down on the ground next to her, both I and Wissa held her between the two of us, trying to hug her and tell her we're here, we're her rescue team. "Pauly, where are we? Please don't lie to me anymore, please," she begs me while sobbing loudly into our arms. "We're in Light&Fire academy," I say not sure what to tell her, not sure if I was allowed to confess the truth to her yet.

Living With My Lady Boss

Living With My Lady Boss

Wilbur noticed that the man was in a white suit and had a white briefcase as well. They were dressed similarly in black and white, which seemed to suggest some sort of special relationship between them. The suit guy smirked and replied, "That's a great question. I can tell you that we're assassins from Greensource Corp. We were partners. I am Light, and he is Shadow. Alright, that's all the hints I can give you. So, now, make your choice." "Light?" Wilbur looked at Light and fell into deep thought. He thought, 'Isn't the power of light and the power of destruction different from each other? Is it possible that the power of destruction is able to override the power of light?'
