Golgotha The night I was born, the moon bled. I was told that the moon was a shining silver disk, but when it struck midnight, it turned into a bloody orb, staining the sky with its crimson light. The color of the moon was a sign of my fate—a blessing and a curse. It was a blessing because I was the chosen one, the female child who had the power to destroy, create, and sustain life in our world. Because of that, my dad called me "Moon Child." He prayed that I would live a normal life, a life without sorrow.

He walked out where Conrad and Noah were pacing nervously while the whole family was waiting in the room. “Mom, Dad, look. Your grandson”. Moon softly ran his fingers at the baby’s cheeks that was chubby and fussy, trying to eat his own hand. He went inside right on time as the doctor announced that the other baby was crowning too. The delivery took less than an hour and Lexi was doing perfectly fine. Moon was over the moon to have a boy and a girl. Same features, they were the ditto copy of each other.
