At most seven minutes in a car. He waited impatiently for his break, casting an eye on the clock every two minutes or so. And when finally it was one pm, he stood up so enthusiastically that some of his colleagues stared at him with wonder. Some started snickering, misinterpreting his haste. They probably thought he had a clandestine rendezvous he wanted to keep. Which was so far from the truth he almost burst into laughter. Landon walked out to his car in haste and got in quickly. "Um... a new boss" Katie Clyde mumbled, "yeah, the manager is looking for you, go over there" the co-worker nudged her. Katie Clyde walked over "Manager, you wanted to see me" she said with a big smile on her face. The manager looked at her with a big frown "I was only calling you over so that you won't be here after the arrival of the new manager, you always mess up things" he snorted coldly.
