I finally found Owen, but he was taking deep breaths and he had a lot of wounds on his whole body. He looked as if someone tortured him a lot. His wounds were not healing on their own; he was having trouble breathing. Though the majority of the things had already burned there, and even the scents were also unrecognizable because of the smoke, but the smell of wolfsbane and silver was still present in the house. That was the doing of the hunters, that's why I hate hunters from the core of my heart."

I hooted angrily. The owl screeched, diving at me with its talons extended. I flapped my wings wildly, trying to take a run. Instead of flying, I tumbled off the branch, falling face first into a bush. "System" I yelped, muffled by the leaves. "Do something." After what felt like an eternity, they pulled away and gazed into each other’s eyes. "Come, let’s get you inside. I’ll take you home,before I go to work tomorrow morning, I’ll call your mother and let her know you’ll be in my apartment. I just need to hold you in my arms tonight." Jason said, his eyes pleading. Olivia nodded eagerly, a smile spreading across her face. Once they reached the apartment, they settled on the couch where Chantel was sitting. Olivia looked at Chantel sheepishly. "Hey, I didn’t know you were my boyfriend’s cousin, so I got all worked up without listening first. I’m sorry, okay? My name is Olivia." She smiled warmly at Chantel, who returned the gesture.
