I smiled when she groaned hiding her face in her hands. The day before, we had finished classes and together with a group of friends we had gone to celebrate at a colleague's house (alcohol included) and around eleven o'clock, we had returned to my house with the intention of lower a bit the drunkenness in Olivia before she went upstairs to her room so her father didn't punish her. The big surprise was that we found my house empty, because my parents had decided to go out and leave me a note in the fridge. So, giving me a seductive look, Olivia had made her way to my room and leaving my mouth open when she removed her blouse before laying down on my bed.

" I mumble. "I don't." He snaps, pacing back and forth across the room. "I get that you're angry about what my mom did to you, and it's fine; I'm also furious at her. But I'm not going to let her come between us. I'll leave you to sleep it off tonight, but tomorrow I don't want to hear any more of this." His jaw clenches, and for a moment I think I see a flash of his wolf in his eyes. "This isn't over, Olivia, not by a long shot." He growls, the sound rumbling deep within his chest, making heat pool between my thighs. His nostrils flare as if he knows exactly what he's doing to me.

She felt her chest being jabbed over and over again, hearing them address their last messages to one another. "Hey, Owl...?" Owl clenched his jaw. "Y...Yeah?" "Did I ever tell you that I like you?" Tears streams from Owl's eyes as he chuckled jokingly at her. "Guess what, ugly hag, I like you too." Chaol closed his eyes and clenched his fists, guilty that he couldn't protect even their little wishes. "Sorry if I kept bullying you and calling you names." Owl apologized, knowing that he won't be able to later.

The owl rolled her bright eyes. "Why do you always do that to me?" Cassandra cried, still breathing hard. "Can't you be normal like other birds?" "Enough nonsense," the owl said. "And stop shining that damn light in my face, you're going to blind me." With her shaking hands, Cassandra struggled to switch the flashlight off, which threw a wavering ellipse of white into the sky. She wondered if anyone would see it, but if anyone was looking, it would be Ruslan, who was probably watching from their bedroom window by now.

Those five wolves were still hanging upside down in the trees but I ordered a couple of warriors to take them back to our pack and lock them straight in the dungeon with the other warriors from this pack that weren’t following Tyler’s orders. They took them away immediately, because we didn’t want the problems while we were cleaning up the mess at our new pack. Tyler took me to the packhouse and we looked around the house. It wasn’t anything special and I wasn’t that fussed about it. I definitely hated the decorating scheme and that’s where we came across the Luna. Sitting on the couch crying. Owen walked over and tried to comfort her but she pushed him away, knowing that he betrayed his fat

"We came here to celebrate your first day at university tomorrow." For a second, I missed my old home, but I had to set that aside for my future; that life was sadly gone now. Slowly, I walked to the other side of my bed. Oliver growled still on his foot, "Just make sure you wake up by at least five in the morning. Rules must be followed." "Or else what? You don’t control me," I shot back, but was interrupted immediately. "We have every right to you, little wolf, and we’ll do as we please. The bond between us will only grow stronger, and there’s no turning back," Owen said as I shook my head in disagreement.

Ariadne was amazed with its beauty and quit surprised not ever seeing on ever. Moreover, a small great horned baby owl was resting itself on her shoulder. Its eyes were open and it has golden eye with black circles around it. It has pure white fur with black highlights its chest with thick feathers around its neck just like a fur. It keeps making a small ‘hooo’ sound every time she jumps. Eve hiss at her owl in a low voice. “Marion! You have to keep quiet! If anyone hear you, they will catch us and we’ll be punished for sure. Do you know how hard it is to hide from Khalid?”

"Alright...owl, we aren't staying here forever. We have to get moving. Soon." The owl flew to the ground, landing on the map Anthony had laid out. "You're going to crinkle them, get off." The animal didn't listen, though—instead it just peck it's beak right into the map. "Hey! You're ruining it! I need that!" Anthony got irritated and moved to owl. The owl just looked at him again. He raised a brow and slowly looked back at the map.

"That cheat!'' Hayley growled. Hayley lay on her bed sulking because one she wanted to go, and two, she didn't want them to harm the rogues. Hayley tapped her stomach, wondering if she should still go or spy on them. She decided on the latter, but didn't know how she was going to do so. "Use the owl." Her wolf said. Hayley looked out the window to see a snow white owl peering through at her. "Right." She got up to open the window, to which the owl flew in and perched on the windowsill. One of its feather dropped.

“It might mean I miss out on a potentially awesome friendship, but this is what I’ve dedicated my life to, in service to the pack.” “And I appreciate it.” I slap my hand on my knee and stand, saying, “Well, I’ll let you get back to work.” “I thought I’d do a quick sweep of the rest of the house,” she says, all business. “You’re staying in here, for now?” “I am.” I gesture over my shoulder toward the bedroom. “Owen is taking a royal nap. If anything happened, he’d be awake in two seconds.” “He’d need to be awake a second before it happened,” Xiao says, then blanches. “Sorry. Bad professional habit.”
