The Lycan King's Revenge Luna

The Lycan King's Revenge Luna

Then he said something I never expected. “The woman we brought here was never Rain.” I blinked. “What?” Kade actually stopped breathing beside me. Ryan’s expression didn’t change. “It was a prosthetic image.” Silence. My brain struggled to catch up. “A what?” “An image made to look exactly like Rain,” Ryan said. “Priscilla created it before we left.” My mouth slowly fell open. Ryan continued, calm as ever. “I told Priscilla exactly what to do. But to make all of this convincing, I asked her to get people to create a perfect image of Rain - one convincing enough to fool anyone looking at her.”

Dear Ex Mate, Look At Me Now, I Now Belong To Your Alpha

Dear Ex Mate, Look At Me Now, I Now Belong To Your Alpha

If it does exist, then I know I'll definitely have the chance to take revenge against Luke for betraying me and Jane for bearing false witness against me. Still sobbing on the ground, the door to the dungeon creaked open, and a woman dressed in a wrapper that covered her entire body, with part of it tied around her hair and face, walked in. She was slim and approximately 5'9" feet tall. I looked at her, wondering if it was just my imagination, but soon realized she was standing right in front of me. "You must be Raina, right?" she asked. "Yes, I am," I replied. "Who are you?" I demanded. Who was this woman, and how did she manage to get in here? Did the guards allow her?

Valhalla: Bride of the Lycan God

Valhalla: Bride of the Lycan God

A group of men came to Halfdan's rescue. "Don't you know that we slaughter the wolves that are stray here?" one of the men said, intimidating Rain. Sh**! They're many! Rain whispered to herself. In her calculation, the men were about 50. This means she doesn't have a choice but to use her element. In a cry, the men's leader signaled an attack, along with that, Rain raised her hand, moving it in certain motions, until a water form claws sprung out of her fists. "Huh! Is she... the water wolf?"

Look At Me, Oneil

Look At Me, Oneil

the woman said. There was a fainting breath on the background and Rain could feel that someone is falling down on the floor. “If you feel like everything is right for you already, then surprise! I’m here to get everything away from you,” she said. Essi was hitching on her breath because of the dizziness she felt. Rain believed that she must have wanted to mumble words against her. The elevator door finally opened. That woman went out without looking back at them. She remained in front while folding her arms. She wanted Rain to go out from the elevator too once that woman had distanced herself from elevator already.

The Devil's Claim... His little mouse.

The Devil's Claim... His little mouse.

Sherryl Rain stood in the rain, her eyelashes dripping with the water that slid from her wet hair to her forehead, then down to her eyes. If she hadn't been sure before, now there was no doubt: the man who had bought her off the black market was a devil. Dallion was cold and evil, with no trace of humanity in his soul. It wasn't just the darkness that surrounded them—the rain blurred her vision, making it hard to tell weeds from plants. When she crouched down, pulling out weeds by mistake, she realized she had also yanked out some of the good plants, which Dallion had already planned to punish her for further.

The Rain Princess

The Rain Princess

A heavy rain just started to fall , and to be fair it was the strongest rain ever witness in the kingdome , the rain was as a glowing icy blue fall , yet doesn't give cold chills but rather warmth to the bones , that night the king wandered in the castle unheeding to no where in confusion not talking to anyone, not even Asian herself , like he was bewitched by something ,he wandered and wandered until he found himself in front of my mom's room, he shakely grabbed the dusty curtained door , he entered by pushing it by both of his hands , just to find her in that miserable state where he let a tearful sigh escape his eyes , i wondered if he can feel her pain , or was it a crocodile tear, she

The Woman He Never Wanted

The Woman He Never Wanted

" A beautiful, petite lady dressed in a fitted short red gown and heels, walked into the large room elegantly. She noticed one of her employees holding one side of her face with both hands and wincing in pain. Lucas had slapped the employee for trying to touch him. Yet again, he looked sideways and adjusted his blazer. He looked at the petite lady who had just walked in and demanded, " Just call whoever is in charge of all of this, let's get this over with. " She walked over to him, taking each step accurately, and stopped right in front of him. She tucked a loose strand from her short bob hair at the back of her ear, revealing the left side of her face perfectly. She parted her red filled l

The Woman He Broke

The Woman He Broke

It was all too easy. Though we were drenched from the rain, I didn’t feel cold. How could I, with the thought of being alone with her in this tiny, private room? It was one thing having her in my house earlier, but this? A secluded motel room with no distractions? It was a temptation even I was finding hard to resist. Sure, I’d always said I didn’t do virgins, but in this situation, with her so close, I wasn’t making any promises. She came to me willingly, after all. All I had to do was wait for her to follow through with the inevitable.

Euri Xaver Jondonero
The characters fo feel real and, in particular, torn between innocence and longing. The story is well presented. It was quick and appealing reading, and I like how the book brings out dangers in following your heart.

I loved this story because of how it portrayed the women being strong despite the hardship and the pain cause by the love, I would really recommend this to those people who loves reading this type of genre/story :)

Unwoman

Unwoman

Mary snapped, losing her patient, “just because it's not white, doesn't mean it's black, Amber." "I don't understand," I said. "What I was trying to say is..., women in our circumstances need to be smart. Know better, know how to keep our life in line and...," Hanna then lowered her lips to my ears. "We lure them in then get things done quietly," I flinched. Her warm breath tickled me.

The Woman Who Stayed

The Woman Who Stayed

Not at a desk, not posed with deliberation, but sitting in the particular natural way of someone who has been somewhere for a while and is still there — the posture of someone who is in the middle of something rather than at its end or its beginning. Her face was not visible. The silhouette was complete but the features were not — and this, Adaeze understood immediately, was right. This was the right choice. Because the woman in the silhouette was not her specifically. Was not any specific woman. Was the woman in the dark. Every woman in the dark. The woman who was reading messages she was never supposed to see and sitting at a kitchen counter with her hand flat against the cool surface maki
