Alora's Windsong

Alora's Windsong

**** Deep beneath the mountain… The shadow slid through stone cracks like smoke. It entered the cavern without a sound, gathering itself on the floor until it rose, shaping into something vaguely humanoid, tall, and wrong, shifting like tar that refused to settle. Two red coals flared in its center. A voice seeped out, distorted and layered. “She hid,” the shadow hissed. “The Sorcerer hid from me.” The cavern rumbled, walls trembling as Shade emerged from the darkness, taller, denser, power radiating from him like heat from an inferno.

Shadowed Crown

Shadowed Crown

His voice was so hoarse that it made my ears sting, "I wondered why that thing didn't scoop out your heart. Turns out, your blood was the best shield..." …… I woke up drenched in sweat, back in my bed. It was a week before the Haunts world descended. The gold bar from last night's burial was still heavy in my pocket.

ALPHA'S REGRET, QUEEN'S REVENGE

ALPHA'S REGRET, QUEEN'S REVENGE

Her dismay burned my skin like ice. I had but moments before this vision came. The water rippled. A shiver ran along my spine. The room seemed to grow dark, as though the moonlight retreated, reluctant to witness what was to come. I braced myself, and then the first vision splashed forth like a wave: A man standing on a bloodied hill. The Serpent King. Audacus. He was entrancing.

His Lordship Alexander Kane

His Lordship Alexander Kane

" At that moment, Shadowy Insect's gaze was fixed solely on the two-headed serpent, indifferent to the chaos around him. He had poured his soul into that, and there was no room for another blunder. "Alright." The Third Elder bit back his fury, muttered a terse agreement, and slumped back into his chair. The master's command was law. At the heart of the altar, the two-headed serpent resumed its ritual feast, swallowing another sacrificial roach. Its power grew with each gulp. Digestion demanded its own time after the creature's consumption. Meanwhile, a throng of figures swarmed the peak, and Serpent Staff Granny's voice crackled with urgency. "Charge! The Shadowy Insect is just ahead, and th

Rejected Luna: He wants me back

Rejected Luna: He wants me back

His voice echoes in my head. “My pup?” I ask Serena. I can sense her struggling inside me. She doesn't answer. Panic claws inside me. I feel the darkness slowly take over, pulling my soul out. Oh, this is really painful. A part of me just wishes I can die. But not so soon. Not until I bring my pup into this world safely and then marry Elijah. “Aw, what do I hear?” The shadow speaks again. “Is that the sound of your soul breaking? Ah, so sweet.”

Also, I love the characters in this book! I’m sad that story the main characters is finished but then we get to revisit them in the sequel. It made me laugh and cry but luckily laughed a lot! Even the FL’s wolf is great! I love it when the wolves also communicate to them and have quite the character

I love this book. The author did an amazing job with the MLs redemption arc. I've read waaaaay too many books where the ML was horrendous and only wanted th FL back because of whatever improvements to her life/appearance made her "worthy." This lead is different. He actually improves himself.

The Alpha’s Rejected Mate Was The Stolen Werewolf Princess

The Alpha’s Rejected Mate Was The Stolen Werewolf Princess

“You were meant to finish what I began. The Order fell, but the god beneath the roots still calls to its blood. You are that blood.” He shook his head, voice breaking. “You used me.” “I gave you power.” “You cursed me.” She smiled. “Is there a difference?” Her words coiled through the clearing, and the shadows surged, swallowing the light. For a heartbeat, I saw faces—men, women, wolves—all bound in chains of bone. Their mouths opened in silent screams. And at their center, a colossal shape stirred. The Serpent God. The White Serpent’s voice became a hymn, echoing through the forest. “Rise, and remember your blood.”

ASHES OF THE LUNA QUEEN

ASHES OF THE LUNA QUEEN

“Don’t give it an inch, Sera. Whatever it is, it wants you scared.” But she wasn’t scared. Not exactly. She was angry. Angry at the creature’s voice in her head. Angry that part of her, the shadow was responding to it. The molten one leaned forward, the snow hissing beneath its steps. “You feel it, don’t you? The way the shadow bends for me. The way your heart beats with mine. You and I, we could burn this world to its bones.” Sera’s breath caught. The darkness surged up through her chest, spilling into her vision. She blinked, and for a moment, she saw not the courtyard but a blackened landscape, skies split open with fire.

HIS DARKEST SHADE (BOOK-THREE)

HIS DARKEST SHADE BOOK-THREE ~Prologue~ “Even if you end up hating me for it.” His tone was vicious. “I might scare you,” he continued, his gaze roaming over her trembling form, “but they are far worse—formidable, vicious… and willing to do whatever it takes to get what they want.” He gestured toward her. “Including you.” “Never.” She shook her head, her voice trembling but firm. “I’m not scared of your words. You’re just trying to scare me so I’ll listen to you!”

fate betrayal

fate betrayal

Chapter 194: The Serpent’s Shadow Veyron’s POV Darkness. It had been my companion long before I embraced its power, and now, even in death, it clung to me like an eternal cloak. This wasn’t oblivion—I had escaped that fate by sheer will and cunning. No, I existed in the in-between, where shadows whispered and time bent like warped glass. The rogue leader knelt before me, his head bowed low, his body trembling with the weight of my presence. His name was Silas, a name that once held no meaning. But now, he was my tool, a carefully placed pawn in the grand design.
