The Surfing Lesson Novels & Stories

We were swimming that afternoon. The shore was rowdy with the boys. We do water sports. Jet ski, snorkeling and surfing. Gio taught me to surf so I was sad to teach his friends. If there’s one sport I can do well, it’s surfing. It's one of my hobbies everytime I go to the beach. It's just nice to feel like you can keep up with the waves. It feels like I can tame the waves. "So that's it!" I laughed and encouraged Gio and in less than five seconds he was wiped out again.

I say. "Get in the Jeep," he growls, and I laugh. Now that we have the wetsuit, we're out in the water. Korey is sitting beside me. "Alright, D, here comes a gigantic wave. Turn your board around, paddle out a little way, then stand up on your board. Once the wave reaches you, turn your board slightly and ride that wave." I know the basics of surfing, but I don't tell Korey that. So I do as he tells me, and I do pretty well at first, but that wave is just too much for me, and I wipe out hard.

First of all, the instructors started to teach them the basics and after so many trials and lessons they started to do in the actual surfing board without guide from the instructors. Every waves that comes and hit their bodies. Every time they fall down, they always try again. Giving up will not make them strong that is what running through their minds so they really took this opportunity seriously. No one else can compare to the happiness that the man who really dreamed of doing this was feeling right now. They are now done doing the surfing board, Dizen was very happy up until now in and keep talking on how cool he was when he is standing on a top of the surf board and remaining still even

"It's got enough volume to keep you stable while you find your footing." A sun-browned local instructor stepped out from the shade of the shack, offering a warm nod. Since Ares was already an experienced rider, the lesson was entirely for my benefit. "Is it going to take me forever to catch a wave?" I asked, my hands gripping the rails of the longboard.

Christine chuckled as Graham and Karen bantered while heading to the patio where the lunch was served. Later in the afternoon, Christine was with Graham teaching Cassie how to surf. Graham held Cassie while she was on top of a small surfing board, Cassie squealed with joy as she rode the surfing board. Graham and Christine couldn't help but laugh and stare at each other when they heard Cassie scream happily.

“Don’t listen to them; they’re just trying to provoke you.” She glanced at the group, seeing their scheming expressions, and tightened her grip on Lucius’s hand. “You’ve never surfed before; don’t push your luck. This isn’t a joke—the waves are huge. If you get tossed into the water, and encounter an undertow, jellyfish, rocks, or even sharks, you could die.” Lucius held her hand back and smiled. “It’s not as exaggerated as you say. Don’t worry; my surfing skills are solid, and there will be rescue teams on the scene.”

The guys joined us too, however Dominus and Hunter were aware of their capabilities and told us they haven't tried it yet. I didn't hear them anymore once I was already on the water, fortunately the weather changed and suddenly the sea became resounding and moving making big waves on the other part of the sea.

“Do you want to see me surf?” “Showing off, lil bro?” Lee cut in, and Zach responded with a smirk. “Sure. Can you teach me?” “No!” Matt and Damon said in unison. I replied with an eye roll, “I was kidding old farts,” the grouped laugh and we walked closer to the beach, waiting for Zach and Lee to show off their surfing skills. “No good luck kiss?” Zach teased, and I shook my head no as he pouted. “Amaze me and I’ll think about it.” I winked at him as he ran to where Lee was impatiently waiting. Zach tied his hair before swimming farther in the ocean to catch big waves.

This couldn't keep happening to me. I popped my head out of the water and started gasping for air. "Soon you’ll be able to stay on the board," said Kailani, my surf instructor. “Yeah, sure,” I answered pushing myself once more to get on the table “I don't think this is for me, Kailani.” "We've only been on this for an hour, Roy,” he said patting me on the back. "You just have to keep your balance and let yourself go... Come on, here comes a good one."

"You've got this, little one. It might take a few tries, but I promise, this is something you can do." He had her practice a few times with the board on the sand, gently coaching her into the proper position. Taking her hand, he helped her stand. "Are you ready?" Jessi breathed out, absently wiping her palms on her suit. "Let's do this." She grinned up at him, a glint of determination in her eye. "That's my girl," he said proudly. Before they took the red surfboard into the water, Judd secured his GoPro to the front tip. "We're going to get your first time surfing on video."
