Lucas said, Sky let out a sarcastic laugh. “Her name is Genesis, see? She didn't just lie to you about her status but also about her name.” Sky said, I pulled my hand from his grip and successfully did. Meanwhile, Lucas stood up and fixed himself before looking at us. “So it's Genesis, now tell me. Are you in a relationship with someone? Because you wouldn't da-” I interrupted Lucas from speaking. “Yes, it's Genesis. And no, I'm not in a relationship.” I said, Sky turned to look at me. His gaze is dark, it somehow wasn't the Sky I met.

While I awaited the boarding announcement, I paced back and forth restlessly. All of a sudden, Grant's phone started ringing. My breathing grew erratic, and my nerves were incredibly tense. His expression changed drastically after answering the call. I immediately had a bad feeling when I saw it, so I asked him what happened. He stared at me for the longest time. His Adam's apple bobbed up and down before he opened up in a hoarse voice, "When… my friend tried to pick up your mother, he found… that she had already passed." My brain couldn't register what he meant by that.

When I left the shrine, I had already bought a plane ticket to a northern pack. I hailed a cab, and as I got in, the radio played a news story. "Sirius Pack's Alpha, Ethan Carrillo, has spared no expense to buy a 50-million-dollar blue diamond necklace for his Luna!" The host excitedly asked Ethan, "Why did you choose this particular necklace?" Ethan smiled faintly and said, "Because she loves blue." The driver sitting in front couldn't help but comment, "Ethan really loves his Luna. I heard Ethan even bought an island and named it after her.

“It’s so strange. I’m so used to not existing, and yet… all of a sudden, it feels like I don’t want to die out. We have been wisps of flames in the night, only existing to serve a purpose. “These days… I don’t even want to keep quiet about my name.
