(Nikki P. O. V) I wake up with a headache and hold my head in agony. So many voices were shouting in my mind. "Hi, Nikki, What happened? Are you okay?" Cole asks, looking worried. "So many voices, it's like a Zoo was open inside the mind," I said with a grunt while still holding my head in my hands. "It must be the bond," he murmured to himself while looking lost in his thoughts. "What?" I ask while still holding my head.

The expression on his face and his fingers gripping the wheel tightly told me he wasn’t mincing words, and he was troubled by this realization. “What… what do you mean you heard someone’s voice in your head?” I stammered. He shrugged. “Exactly what I said. It seemed bizarre at first—I thought I was imagining things, but now that I think about it… I did hear a voice in my head. I was the only one standing outside, and I can definitely tell when someone says something I didn’t say.” “This voice…” I began, pausing to gather my thoughts. I had an idea what the root of this occurrence could be, but I wanted to keep that possibility as far away as possible. “What did it say?”

GINA'S POV “Why don't you confess and get this over with?” “Confess about what exactly?” “You know what you have to confess about. Don't play dumb.” Voices! The voices in my head were going wild. Voices in my head? No, they're not in my head. It was me and a voice just on the other side of the wall. It's a f**king voice on the other side of the wall—a voice I had been speaking with beyond the damn wall.

But how come he got into my brain. ' I can do better ' my heart sang on my ribs ' I can do better! ' my brain sang along with it inside my skull with that perfect voice. Oh this cheaters! I can't believe it that they chose to follow that little voice than me. Am I not part of this individual? ' Well, it depends on you my dear ' the little voice said and that creeps me out. She's just so unpredictable. She turns up when I least needed her. I don't know what is happening in me. My body parts are speaking and I can hear them. It's so unbelievable but they really are. They keep on talking and I can't understand anything because I hated to!

’ A voice speaks in my mind. I jump in my spot and look around. My hands drop by my side as I search for the voice. ‘ It’s me. ’ The voice yawns, sounding tired. It’s in my fucking…head. What the fuck?!

It's quite strange and absurd but there's nothing I could do about it. "Well, while we were talking you suddenly screamed and fell," he said. The memories kicked in and everything that happened replayed in my head. I bit my lower lips and my heart skipped in fear as I remembered the voice that echoed in my head. "Welcome kid. Welcome to the world of mystery, pain, and suffering," I feel chills all over my body each time I remember the words of the voices in my head. Could this be a warning? As much as I want to discard the voice,

“You have four mates, although the fourth isn’t here tonight. I wonder who he could be…” I clenched my teeth. “You can hear my thoughts?” I whispered under my breath, my voice lost below the noise. The voice in my mind hummed in response. “We are one. I am your thoughts. Also, you don’t need to speak out loud to speak to me. Might save you some trouble in the future.” This was fucking insanity. I didn’t want another presence in my mind, let alone the presence of an animal. “That’s not very nice.” “Get out of my HEAD!”

The table clattered with every thrust into her, and more items spewed to the floor. “Yes…” Heather screamed and I stood there in shock, just watching. I’m not sure how many seconds or minutes I stood there but the moment Heather’s eyes met mine, I felt my headache increase. Heather smiled at me and increased her moaning. My whole body felt like it was on fire and then I started hearing the voice in my head again. It wasn’t my wolf. It was that same voice. It was trying to say something to me, but I never made any meaning out of it.

I just didn’t expect you to be so funny. Who the hell are you? I ask, but my mental voice definitely doesn’t hold the steely metal that I had screamed at the room with. No, my mental voice sounds scared. How can I hear you in my head? I don’t have mindlinking capabilities. I’m a rogue, for fuck’s sake. Don’t you know? I’m your wolf, the voice says and I don’t think that any other combination of words could have hit me anywhere as hard.

the man shouted as my hearing started to get fucked up. "Making her remember," I heard a mature woman's voice say behind me. My confusion was soon answered when my mind was jumping from one thing to another as if I was recollecting memories. But it wasn't whole, it was just fragments of my memories. "Goddess Nyla, you must remember..." I heard a voice in my head say and I started having a headache. "Remember who you are.." the voice continued but I can't seem to comprehend anything that was flashing in my mind. Bloodshed, deaths, and rulers, not of it, making sense.
