I follow the boss to his office and the second I step inside, the tears start falling from my eyes. “Whoa!” he widens his eyes and helps me sit down. “Why are you crying?” I hurry to wipe my tears and look at him. “Did something happen with Tiger? Did he say something about your confession?” I shake my head, “It’s not about my stupid confession.” “Then what?” “He told me everything about the reason why he’s here,” I whisper. William widens his eyes and puts his hands on my shoulders, “His parents?” I nod.

Britney blurted out. Danielle knew Britney was right, She's carried away by the moments and blind to see what's happening. They both kept discussing other things. As Britney threw her left hand at Danielle to show her the engagement ring perfectly placed on her finger. Danielle screamed at the top of her voice as she hugged Britney with tears rolling down her cheek. She couldn't believe her best friend was getting married soon, She was happy for her.

Lucas could tell Chloe’s wolf recognised him but the question was would the she-wolf accept it or fight him. It seemed she wanted to fight him on it, at least that’s what Lucas thought when the wolf suddenly lunged at him.

When she tried the second time, I moved to the left and bit down on her other leg until I heard another crack echo through the serenity of the woods. The sound of my name had my ears peaking up, turning to the side to find Torey rushing towards me, five wolves emerging behind from the trees with him. I watched as he began stalking towards us, a dangerous look looming in his eyes. He looked enraged and pissed. The thought of contacting him through our mind link never occurred to me since my wolf and I didn't see Olie as a threat, and my wolf didn't want Torey to take away her prey.

Kiara narrowed her eyes at her. "Excuse me?" Willow frowned. Then she remembered her kids were around. She turned to them, "Waverly, Daniel go upstairs with Star." The two kids nodded reluctantly but left when they saw the penetrating glare of the unknown woman. "I think there is a misunderstanding," Willow said to her. Kiara chuckled darkly, "Oh really? My boyfriend comes to meet me during the day while he fucks a whore at night?" That hit Willow hard. "Don't you dare call me that?" she glared at her as her nose flared in anger. She wouldn't lose control and choose violence. She was better than that.

All she saw was blood, fangs, claws and violence. Then she realized that the wolf protecting her was Jordan. His fur matted in blood and teeth bare in snarl. Is she even capable of killing anyone? "Shift!" Jordan shouted but realized she couldn't hear him. "Fuck!" Willow looked at Jordan. She couldn't take her eyes off his beautiful fur. He was a huge black wolf with green eyes, gray ears and sharp fangs. Willow spotted a wolf trying to sneak up on Jordan and jumped at it but another one grabbed her and dragged her away.

“You didn’t do anything wrong, Yewa. The wolves marched because of their Alpha. Not you.” “But they came for me.” I said knowing very well that although the lines have blurred for reason for war between our tribes, I had become a new reason for it. People were literally losing their lives for me. He hesitated. “Yes.” “And now the tigers fight them because of me.” He didn’t answer that. He didn’t need to. I laughed bitterly, the sound harsh in the stillness. “Some commander I am.” Then, a deep boom echoed through the walls, so powerful that dust fell from the ceiling. Dylan went rigid.

Enzo’s hand tightened in my hair, yanking my head back slightly as he stared down at me. “Open your mouth better,” he commanded, his voice a low, rough edge that brooked no argument. I forced my jaw wider, lips trembling as I obeyed, and he shifted and pressed himself forward. He slipped deeper, past my tongue, into my throat, and I gagged hard. My throat constricted around him, a wet, desperate sound escaping as I struggled to breathe. Tears welled up and spilt down my cheeks in silent tracks. I will be free soon. Very soon. There was already a plan on ground that just needed to be implemented.
