NARRATIVE POV This massive male was giving orders. His presence was commanding and dark. Yes. He had a pulsating darkness around him, but it oddly called to her. It matched the darkness that filled her hollow soul. It coursed through her veins. His body was riddled with deep scars. He was a war beast. Beast. CC wondered if this was the Beast that the rogues were referring to. The name suited him. She couldn’t imagine this behemoth doing mundane everyday errands like running to the supermarket in a minivan after dropping off the pups at soccer. He was raw and dangerous.

I said. She turned her eyes to face me. "Nana..." "Is the celebration about Nana?" She smiled as she hugged me. "I'm excited you guys have finally made things up." "Listen, Lucy. Nana is getting wedded to..." My heart clenched at the thought of it. Every time I thought about it, I felt like making everyone experience the pain with me. "To who?" she asked, all smiles. "To the beast," I stated coldly. She arched her brows. "Who's the beast?" she asked, her expression growing worried as concern etched across her face.

Kaidon’s POV I have faced beasts, rogues, and rival alphas. None of them have ever unsettled me the way that filthy human girl did. I stood by the tall window in my chamber, staring at the fading moon in the sky. delete. My fingers tightened against the stone wall. She spun around quickly, crossing her arms protectively over her exposed chest. “I…I’m sorry…I got worried—I’m sorry,” Evan apologized. “Wow,” He repeated under his breath. He ran a shaky hand through his thick, dark hair. “The Beast isn’t so much of a beast, now is she?” Kat heard the comment and immediately regained her composure. With one arm still over her breasts, she turned back to face him. “Is that so?” She bared her teeth at him before she pushed the door—along with him—closed. “And stay out!” She yelled through the door.

I mutter before turning away, thoroughly embarrassed. That's it, Taylor make the mad Lycan even angrier. He saves you from bloodsuckers and kidnaps you. Slowly and surely I began to give in to my beastial desires and soon I sunk into it and gave in finally. The rest was a blur. We fought for hours, clawing and biting at each other. I couldn't remember if I transformed or not, all I knew was that I was angry and beastial. Two berserk beasts fought and destroyed everything in sight.

My eyes increased in their diameter. " He is right behind you!" I screamed repeatedly but he stared at me. When he finally turned, he was stabbed. I saw him go down and I screamed. Lorenzo stabbed him again and I forced myself out of Cassidy's grip. I could feel my bones snapping out of place in a horrible way. It was a painful process but I could not stop. My clothes were shredded . Fur appeared on my skin. I was transforming!
