Reckoning of the purple moon

Reckoning of the purple moon

A symphony of thunderous impacts, deafening roars, and tortured stone it gradually resolved into the picture of the two soaring monstrosities Callum had summoned laying utter waste to the chamber surrounding them. Just insects caught in the crosswinds of the juggernauts' relentless attack, Hardin, Darrel, and the others were Their counterattacks were practically useless, thrown aside with contemptuous ease by the inexorable giants. One lumbering form caught my eye especially, a plated dream of bristling armor and pure terrible inevitability. Skarrgar remembered Callum identifying it as the alpha creation, his masterstroke of perverted genetics and cyber augmentation. The giant seemed to chal

Illusion

"I don't recall as we did." Giant was no more than five feet tall-his true name was Bedwyck-but a fierce little man for all that. "Slayer, did you ask Craster for his counsel?" Sam cringed at the name, but shook his head. He filled another spoon, brought it to Bannen's mouth, and tried to ease it between his l "Food and fire," Giant was saying, "that was all we asked of you. And you grudge us the food

His Untouchable Omega

His Untouchable Omega

"As long as you're dead first." I raised my fist to strike, but a sudden shadow covered us both. A massive silver foot slammed down inches from my head. I looked up. It was a giant. A machine the size of a mountain, built in the shape of a man. It had no face, only a giant, glowing violet eye. "Target confirmed," the giant's voice boomed. It sounded like a grinding mill. The machine reached down with a hand as big as a house. It didn't grab me. It didn't grab the Original Lyra.

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Giant's Trial The giant's eyes burned like twin suns. Golden. Ancient. Impossible. The mountain-sized being slowly turned its head. The sound alone shook the earth. BOOOOOOM! Rocks tumbled from cliffs. The ground cracked beneath the Heirs. Then the giant spoke again. "WHO SEEKS COURAGE?" The voice echoed across the horizon. Across the valleys. Across the sky itself. God. No. Fair. Absolutely not. Reasonable honestly. Then Ava pointed at Thomas.

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

Destined (Book #4 in the Vampire Journals)

Then, suddenly, as one, they all jumped to their feet, roaring her name. The judge, outraged, leapt to his feet. “BRING IN THE GIANT!” he yelled. Before Caitlin could catch her breath, another side compartment opened, and in rushed a massive giant. The crowd roared. Caitlin’s eyes opened wide in disbelief. She had never seen a monster like this. This creature was at least one hundred feet tall, and, like a Cyclops, had just one eye, in the center of its head. She didn’t imagine that such things even walked the earth, and she could see its muscles rippling out in every direction.

The Mighty Guardians.

The Mighty Guardians.

I loved this new look very much. Hearing me, angel Gabriel nodded his head. "Go and change. But be careful. You can't tell anyone that I am here. It's for the best if no one knows that I am keeping a closer eye on the guardians. You are much stronger than you can imagine. Just don't give up. You can turn the tables effortlessly. And if you get stuck, I will be there to help you out." He whispered softly in my ear. Through the mirror, we were staring into each other's eyes. I nodded my head once he was done talking. He took a step away from me. I walked towards the closet. I grabbed one of his shirts and a pair of jeans. I topped the look with a coat.

Lockers Orphanage

He responded. "I'm just curious why the Annoying Giant doesn't have a guardian? I mean, I haven't seen a fairy following him." He asked him. Their conversation made me think about the Giant, the female fairy mentioned. "Of course, he has a guardian. But instead of a fairy, a peryton was given to him." He explained to her. "I remember someone told me that he refused to have one, but then there's nothing he can do about that. But it seems like his guardian also has his own business; it keeps on wandering around the base not even minding him."

Crucial Desires

Crucial Desires

The apprehension was growing as the trembling of the earth grew louder. “W-what do we do now, Jace?” I whispered to him. Before he could say or react, we catch a glimpse of the giant. It was....giant. He had two horns on each top side of his head. His eyes were big, his skin was dark brown, and his mouth was like a rogue wolf. I could see those big fangs coming out. The fangs weren’t the big issue here. The giant was. Even the small finger of its foot can kill us. The giant still didn’t know that we were here, so it’s a good sign.

The Last Alpha's Warrior Mate

Adolf taunted. Gigantor snapped his fingers, his pointing finger aimed right at Adolf. The giants, who were standing beside him, knew exactly what he wanted them to do without any further instruction. Quickly and without hesitation, the two giants lifted their weapons up in the air and prepared to launch an attack against Adolf. “ADOLF-”

Mortal's choice

Mortal's choice

He never thought this legend from a millenia ago was even real! Max leapt up and onto his feet as the giant grew and destroyed the ceiling. Max ran and maneuvered around the debris raining upon them. He ran like an expert at parkour and missed a huge hand that swiped for him. He was out of the building then in the chaos and knew if that thing caught him it would literally rip his head off or eat him. Giants were typically brutal beings with little mercy and he needed to get to Tamara. His last email to her he hadn’t thought this kind of trouble. He’d never come across someone from one of the nine realms before even if his people had descended from them.

Engrossing, different, and the only reason why I bought more coins, so I could read the whole book. I got tired of the repetitive werewolf stories and this book really hits the spot. Thank you author!
