Too Late to Regret: The Billionaire’s Unwanted Ex

Too Late to Regret: The Billionaire’s Unwanted Ex

Instead of following the road, he jerked the handlebars, the bike’s tires gripping the massive steel support cable. "Leo, no!" Lucian’s voice boomed over the interceptor’s external speakers. The bike roared up the incline of the cable, defying gravity as the Oracle-enhanced torque pushed it higher and higher above the East River. The drones struggled to compensate for the sudden vertical climb, their sensors confused by the metal interference of the bridge's steel. “Leo, stay with me!” Meilin’s voice screamed in his mind. “The bridge... it’s a trap! The Zhao 'Interface' is hard-wired into the bridge’s power grid. They’re going to use the whole structure as a conductor!”

The OutCasts

The OutCasts

The bridge linked two cliffs together, and in between these two cliffs is a rushing river, with jagged stone spikes all over the sides and even some in the river. “The Passage to the Underworld,” my brother says suddenly, making me jump. Holding my hand over my chest, I punch my brother over and over again. “I’m sorry,” my brother says, shielding himself. “I’m sorry. It’s just, I’m started to understand why the people called this place the Passage to the Underworld.” “And yet,” I say, looking at the rope bridge. “Here we are.” “Yeah,” my brother laughs. “I know. Come on, let’s go.”

Dear Alpha, You Are Not My Type!

Dear Alpha, You Are Not My Type!

“No more distractions. Run faster.” “Bossy much?” I snapped, but I sprinted across the bridge. The moment we reached the other side, Tim shifted swiftly and slammed his hand on a lever built into the rock. The bridge groaned, and with a loud snap, it collapsed, sending a handful of soldiers who had just stepped onto it plunging into the abyss below. The rest of them skidded to a stop at the edge, shouting angrily. I bent over, catching my breath. “Nice move, wolf boy. Finally, something useful.”

The Butler

The Butler

Travis, not giving up pedalled with all his might, as he headed to the bridge above the flowing river that was newly constructed to connect the nearby city of 'Francisco' to his own city 'Torston' by road. Travis looked back one last time, seeing the sports car already at his rear made him lose focus and he rammed his bicycle into the front jeep. He got knocked over the railings of the bridge and broke through the last set of pedestrian railings of the bridge and fell down from the bridge unconscious, dropping into the flowing river beneath, his body sinking to the very depths of yeh river, the powerful current carrying his body along, swaying away...

The magical items of the stars at seven swords

The magical items of the stars at seven swords

Sekora and the rest of her companions flew to a bridge, which they had to cross to get to the next sword location. They couldn’t fly over it because of the island’s barrier. The bridge is a long, red, metal bridge like the one in San Francisco. They flew to the start of the bridge and started to walk across, when a small, green, troll with a Mohawk came from under it. There was a small river under the bridge which made small waves thanks to slight breeze that was blowing in.

The Ultimate Cure: A New Husband

The Ultimate Cure: A New Husband

Several emails vanished without leaving a trace. "Contact the relevant departments. Seal off the cross-river bridge. Don't let word leak out." Jimmy drove the car onto the bridge. Ten minutes later, there were no other vehicles in sight. Chris got out of the car, guided his wheelchair to the edge, and looked down silently at the dark, unfathomable river below. The riverbank was bitterly cold at night. His face was pale to the point of lifeless gray. Jimmy was deeply uneasy. The bridge stood more than twenty meters above the water. Even if one didn't drown, the fall alone would be fatal.

I’ll say it again, i don’t know why there are no reviews. Almost finishing it, this story is so good it needs to be published in hard cover. It had me crying my eyes out, holding my breath for so long I forgot to breathe, and I’m still hooked… truly awesome work

This story had been so good, I binged it straight through. The female lead was strong, things were working out, but then twists and turns and things fell apart. I’m rooting for Francesco but after 600 chapters I’ve been taking a break. I don’t know how many years it’ll take before things resolve

The Hybrid's Hope

The Hybrid's Hope

“Do you want to go see it. I could take you.” “Sure.” On our way to Eventide, we pass over a bridge. In the gully below are trolls, actual trolls. “Queen bring friend,” a huge troll says. “Hi, Shengis! Yes, this is my friend, Hope. Hope, this is Shengis. He’s kind of the leader of the trolls.” “Friend of Queen is friend of Shengis,” he says. “Thank you. It’s nice to meet you,” I say. I’m introduced to several other trolls, including Shengis’ mate, son, and several other trolls. When we’re done, we say goodbye and cross to the other side on a bridge that looks like a huge, fallen tree.

I’m loving this story so much, I was always curious about hope’s story when she was introduced in other books. And can anyone not love Levi. The man/wolf is really something. I love all your books. Thanks for sharing your ideas with us.

My marriage was for money, his for vengeance

My marriage was for money, his for vengeance

Quietly, consciously. --- 6:00 PM — Sector G, Threaded Bridge Undercross Under the wide walkway bridge, where the unobserved utility beams used to span, now suspended woven ropes—tied by students, laborers, travelers. Every thread spoke something: knot for a loss, twist for a lesson, braid for what endured. Elira drifted slowly beneath the dangling field. Some strands tickled her shoulder. Some hung just overhead. A teenager close by was threading in a fresh line. Caelan observed as the teen knotted it tightly, then stroked a worn one alongside it.

The Mafia’s Undercover Bride

The Mafia’s Undercover Bride

The atmosphere in the room was thick and dangerous. “So…” he drawled, his smooth, cold voice resounded in the cold, darkly lit office. “Alexandro really thought he could send a little estupido." He paused and chuckled. “A silly little stupid mole into my den, and I wouldn't notice?” “Ay, amigo… you have barely been here for twenty-four hours, and I have already found you." He let out a soft, chilly laugh. And the two men who stood beside the man kneeling on the ground laughed along. The miserable-looking man on the floor flinched and began shivering.
