It was uncommon for me to kiss someone other than Ashton in public, let alone a nerd. But looking at Tyler walking confidently next to me, he did not look like his usual nerd self. He was not wearing any vest or even that high-neck buttoned-up shirt that looked like it could strangle his neck. No, he was wearing something casual: a white shirt and black pants. To be really honest, he looked as hot as Adam Levine, which was funny, because he was a nerd—nerds were not supposed to look this hot. Tyler Vincent being hot was the same as Mey thinking Harry Potter was hot, which means it did not make sense to me.

That easily gets you picked on.

He doesn’t look like a superstar anymore, but I admit, he’s still handsome with that ugly wig and glasses. What an unfair world.

I have always tried my best to not draw attention towards me or anything which obviously hasn’t been working. It’s like I’m a retarded, walking, sparkling, rainbow colored dolphin. His face morphs from mild panic to that open-mouthed, cartoon-wolf-in-love look — as if he’s gonna swallow me whole, spit me out to chew me up again. Great. As if my raw nerves aren’t raw enough. The guy looks like your typical nerd – thick glasses, a simple crew sweater over a button-up shirt. To make the look even more official, his mouse-brown hair is combed back in a sleek, wet-look style that went out in the sixties.
