Axel shot me a sideways glance, his eyes narrowing slightly before returning his attention to her. "We appreciate your hospitality," Axel began, clearing his throat to continue, but Valkyrie cut him off with a wave of her hand. "I am Valkyrie, remember?" she repeated, her eyes glinting with a knowing light as she flashed her rotten teeth once more. Valkyrie's eyes seemed to cloud over, her gaze drifting inward as she spoke. "She is feeling a sharp pain... because she has refused to regenerate her bond with her mate. And she is pregnant." I felt like I'd been punched in the gut, my eyes wide with shock as I stared at Valkyrie. But Axel's face remained impassive, his expression a mask of calm.

A few loose strands framed her face, soft and silky as the petals of a rose. Her hairstyle was a work of art, a testament to the skill of our kingdom's finest stylists. The updo was a delicate balance of braids and twists, woven together with precision and care. The braids were thin and intricate, resembling the delicate tendrils of a vine, and the twists shone like polished gold in the light. A few strategically placed pins held the style in place, their delicate heads shaped like tiny flowers, adding a touch of whimsy to the overall design. As I finished her look, I couldn't help but step back and admire the princess's beauty.

The pressure on my throat vanished, and I dropped to the ground, coughing violently, air burning my lungs. Through my tears, I saw Iris. I was scared she wouldn't show up. I was scared it was my last moment. But there she was! She positioned herself between us now, eyes shimmering like dual moons, her aura enveloping me like a tide of tranquility. Her wings spread out behind her in brilliant defiance, and the earth shook under her bare feet “Ah… sister,” Valkyrie drawled, unfazed. “I always thought you were the wise one. But imagine… choosing a weakling to carry the pendant’s legacy.”

’ Meanwhile, she had just finished Aria’s hair with the rope braid at the side of the head and having it end in a ponytail. As for Valerie, she made the braid bigger, braiding only one part of hair at first, pulling it in order to make it really loose, and then braided this part into an even bigger braid. Thus, her braid will appear more textured, too. The rest would have liked to have their hair styled too but they couldn’t since they had their hair treated before the start of school. They had to let it stay straight and not use any clips so it won’t mess up the texture of the hair.

Audrey suddenly asked. Valerie narrowed her eyes. She was surprised at her question. Audrey's hair was long and shiny, so she wondered why she would want to braid her long hair. “Why? Did you see anyone with braided hair?” “Argh! That's not what I meant. I just saw a movie, and the girl had her hair braided. She looks so beautiful.” Audrey said. Valerie smiled. “Oh dear! I think you look better with your long hair, you don't have to braid your hair to look beautiful.”

Alice answered after a while. "So you weren't with Alastair then ... " Nick and I have known Alice for a long time. There are only a few Valkyries in this world, maybe around fourteen, maybe less. No one knows for sure. Valkyrie is the goddess of war who lived for hundreds of years, they were born from human parents or Volder. No one knows how someone could be chosen and born into this world as a Valkyrie. Many of us wanted the power of the Valkyries and hunted them down, but of course nothing worked. In the first place, the chances of encountering a Valkyrie were extremely slim ... perhaps seven billion versus fourteen? Second, nothing can beat them. Valkyrie is nicknamed the goddess of war

However, at that moment, something else caught my attention about Valquíria and made me connect some dots in my mind. The transformation she had undergone was remarkable and had made her almost unrecognizable to those who knew her before. Valquíria had become a completely different version of herself. Her previously platinum blonde hair, cut shoulder-length and always straight, was now black, long, and permanently curled. Even her eyes, naturally dark, were now different, as she wore light brown contact lenses, making her strangely similar to... Karen!

With a single flick of her wrist, it cuts through the darkness, the air, like bullets - allowing nothing to stand within visual distance of Valerie. Though Fenrir grew livid with the audacity of these mongrels, Jaxson can't transform and leave Valerie vulnerable – not even for a second. But it doesn't matter. Jaxson didn't need to expel his energy in a futile shift, not when he has suffering to inflict of his own. As the battles wages, the Harpies lead warrior strikes a landing right before him, "she will die, before Eldora's suns awaken from their slumber," the Harpy promises, her blue eyes piercing into Valerie.

"Happy Birthday, our sweet bean!" Forget Bren! I could feel my cheeks burned at her sudden touch and Val seemed wasn't aware of the effect she had on me at the moment. "Thanks! Don't forget about the tent for later," I reminded him, leaning over to give him a light hug. "Oh, by the way, this is Valkyrie. Val, this is Bren." Bren stepped away and looked at her, expressing a welcoming smile. "Ah, one of the new kids. I heard some students call you Aphrodite. I thought that's exactly your name but I guess it's a compliment. And they definitely aren't wrong about that."

To say the very least anyway… In front of me, I took my time to study my mate and all of her holiness; from beauty marks to freckles that looked like stardust that painted her shoulders, perky breasts that were currently so hard they could cut glass all the way down her small frame until I was met with her wet middle. Valerie’s blonde hair seemed to curl just a tad naturally as her hair seemed to be a waterfall down her back, pink pouty lips open ever so slightly, and the blindfold she had on stopped her from seeing me in awe… Valerie was currently on full display as I clipped her handcuffs I bought just earlier this week to the wall, her short and slim figure driving my thoughts wild.
