mask was gone, replaced by the cold, calculating heir of the Vance Empire. "I’m not giving us away," he said, his voice devoid of emotion. "I’m initiating the dampening. The 'Cleaners' aren't coming to kill you, Elena. They’re coming to help me transport you to a permanent facility where we can finally strip the code without killing you. It’s the only way."

Both rooms had plenty of blankets and pillows, and a faint scent of lavender filled the air. I set to work cleaning her up, wiping away the blood and tears from her face. I used my heightened senses to locate the vampire's bite mark. It was closing up already and I had to open it back up. Eden was non-moving which scared me, but I relaxed after I heard her heartbeat and carefully drained out the venom, grimacing at the bitter taste.

Then a scream of pain. “Son of a bitch!!!” the little one screamed as the euphoria of the bite left her, and the pain of stopping it and killing the being that had given her the pleasure tripled her pain. He watched as she took off her black long-sleeve shirt, looking around until she found a precious vase. He stared. She wouldn’t... sure enough, she went over and began vomiting black goo into a Ming dynasty vase that had been priceless before that little thing was even born, and now she was vomiting into it. He watched her purge herself of the virus in an almost fascinating mix of horror and anger at her unabashed use of one of his priceless things, then just as quickly, she pulled out a li

He reached in, uncorked the jar, and released the insects onto the stone floor. He watched them scatter with efficiency that filled him with genuine pride. Each found its target: bodies, ash, bloodstains, fragments of broken swords. On contact, the magical fire ignited—small blue flames that produced no smoke, no heat, but reduced matter to ash in seconds. The fallen vampires disintegrated. Blood evaporated. Weapon fragments melted into metallic puddles absorbed by the stone. In less than a minute, the gallery was clean. Not pristine—centuries of dust couldn’t be erased—but free of any trace of the battle.

It was filled with finely ground silver, a potent weapon against vampires. The vampire, enraged by her failed attack, charged again. This time, Cassie stood her ground, waiting for the perfect moment. As the vampire got close, she blew a puff of the silver dust directly into its face. "FUCK!" The vampire hissed in pain and surprise, its eyes stinging and momentarily blinded. Cassie didn't hesitate. She delivered a sharp, powerful blow to it's throat, disorienting it further. Then, with a quick, practiced motion, she plunged Lorenzo's silver knife deep into its heart. The vampire’s body went limp, crumbling into dust and ash.

a grim reaper reported. "What did you say? Did you say, Zanea?" his eyes widened in fear as he looked at the grim reaper. The man bent down his knees and frowned, "Yes, archangel. His name was written in the list," he responded and his heart sank to realized that Zanea was the one who killed the Vampire.

“Look here are the bottles you smash into the vampires or submerge your weapon in when attacking. I labeled them, and they are Purple V for the vampires. Green Z for Zombies are what I used to help at least subdue them. However, I don't know how effective it may work on them due to their makeup.” “Amber that is terrific. I looked up some information my good friend Marco had provided me about attacking them. He said chopping off their head and burning them has been working so far. However, he told me they are very strong, very resilient, and seem driven by orders.” Alex adds while examining her bottles of mixtures she had put together.

Blood rushed to his veins causing them to darken. Syvan opened his mouth, releasing his fangs. His pupils transformed to a deep shade of red almost crimson. He curled his tongue back baring his teeth at the witches and werewolves in the room. He growled at them. The sound of his growl awakened Daylen from slumber. His body fighting the poison in his system to respond to Syvan's call. "If you wanna go after a vampire. Make sure he isn't pure blood," Syvan advised. Using the energy from the blood he had before going to sleep. Syvan was able to mask his presence and become invisible.

I'm explaining the game." "One person is secretly assigned the killer role for each round of play, perhaps by giving each player a playing card that indicates if they are the murderer. The murderer murders other players by winking at them, just like in the prior iterations. If a player is winked at, they have to count aloud to five, act as though they just passed out, and then either leave the playing area or lie on the ground where they died."

he said. “I guess I’ll see you in four days then,” I said to him. “Oh and you might want to stock up on some Silver-leaf Nightshade,” he said as he stood up with his laptop already back in the bag. “Why?” I asked him. “It’s the only thing that kills a vampire without you having to chop off their heads or rip their hearts out,” he said with a small smile. “I’ll keep that in mind,” I said to him. “I have a good feeling about you Lucas Grey,” he said and we shook hands.
