Vampire Diaries Wolfsbane Novels & Stories

Onyx held her hand tightly, tears streaming down like a waterfall. Myra started resuscitation again from the other side. Madeline’s pulse was still weak but a bit stronger than before. Myra felt relieved, but she couldn’t be sure about saving Madeline this time. She was still puzzled by the amount of wolfsbane in Madeline’s bloodstream. Werewolves are very sensitive to wolfsbane and even a small amount of wolfsbane reaching inside their bodies is enough to make them squirm in pain.

“Yea, but first, how did Maximo put you to sleep? Is that even possible?” “Maximo?” “The weird werewolf that saved us from the white wolf,” I quickly explained, “I’ll circle back to him. But how’s that possible? I thought werewolves are invincible.” Nessa laughed. “Nothing’s invincible, Lisa. Some things are just harder to harm or kill than others. For werewolves, wolfsbane is the most potent weapon.” “Wolfsbane? What’s that?” I asked “It’s a plant,” she replied, “nature’s way of keeping us in check. It’s more potent in plant form, but loses most of its power when it’s liquefied. Maximo must have slipped liquefied wolfsbane into your drink or something.”

Kayden said as his face suddenly became serious as if he wasn't smiling just now. “ You know very well how wolfsbane is harmful to my kinds. It's like a poison that's kills a wolf slowly until it's looses his senses and becomes a rogue and starts to attack the others until he no longer feels his inner beast and that's exactly what you did to a werewolf, his mate and their only child in my park ” Kayden said this time his eyes flickered from black to red trying to contain his anger within.

She gasped and slapped her palms to her mouth. In the midst of the werewolves, she noticed Maya was there and she called her out, quickly making her way to her partner. Maya snapped out of her trance like state and turned to see Ivone running towards her. She quickly went behind the werewolves and crashed into Ivone's embrace, both of them making their way to the balcony. "What is going on, Maya?" she asked as Maya squeezed her tightly. The rain was still coming down hard and it beat down on them standing on the balcony, with their attention kept on the inside of the room where the werewlves had now begun to attack Alpha Ardon.

The bright purple liquid in the vial was unmistakable—I knew exactly what it was. I tried to scream, but nothing came out. I began to thrash and struggle, tears welling up in my eyes as I tried to plead. It was wolfsbane, one of the deadliest poisons to werewolves. It wouldn’t kill, but it would put one through unimaginable pain, depending on the exposure level. "Are you willing to tell me the truth now?" he asked.

He needs something that can permanently weaken him because with how much desire he feels right now, once his wolf takes back control, nothing will stop him from going to her, even into her fucking house. He trashes through the chemicals on a counter beside the door, smashing vial after vial until he finds what he is looking for, wolfsbane. It would slow down his healing and sap his strength and even if his wolf takes control, his body will be too weak to do anything, this is the only way he can stop himself, it is the least he will do for her. He empties the vial down his throat and immediately, he clutches it as the wolfsbane sears his inside, burning his throat, down to his chest like he d

Through it all, I stood still, the fire inside me steady and burning clean. Elena’s gaze locked onto mine. “If you continue down this path,” she warned, “you will tear this pack apart.” “Maybe it needs to break,” I said softly. That did it. She moved then—fast, decisive. Her hand plunged into her coat, emerging with a vial of dark liquid. Wolfsbane. Concentrated. “Enough,” Marcus barked. “Elena—don’t—” She lunged. I reacted without thinking. The fire surged—not outward in destruction, but inward, blooming through my veins with blinding clarity. The vial shattered midair, glass dissolving into ash before it could touch me. Heat washed over the room, not burning, but forcing every wolf back a

He leans against the table next to me. I hold nothing back. "Wolfsbane." A languid smile stretches across his mouth. "Are you kidding me? I thought you wanted me shut." I shake my head. "You don't get it, do you? Wolfsbane has been extinct for a while now, once injected it mixes with our system and has a reaction double that of flatware, it causes the inside to sting and burn then lesions deeper than a leprosy will be seen outside. That is by far the most torturous death that could befall any wolf. Too many pieces of him are invested now, we don't know his next step."

Seraphina snapped, turning to face him. Marcus didn't answer. Instead, he pulled a small vial from his coat. Wolfsbane spray. A potent irritant for werewolves. "This is for you." He emptied the entire vial in her face. She screamed, clutching her face as she stumbled to the ground. The wolfsbane sent her wolf senses into overdrive, and she began to twitch in agony. I stared at the shredded journal on the floor. At the pieces of paper that held Elara's heart and soul.

A few days later, while I was in my study dealing with my pack’s matter, Noah suddenly spoke up. “Alpha, I heard from others that Milla has been looking for Wolfsbane, asking if anyone has it. Should we do something about it?” Wolfsbane? Wolfsbane was a dangerous herb for werewolves. It could weaken a werewolf and even stop a werewolf’s healing ability. I was confused about why she wanted it, but I told Noah to let her be. Milla was just a rebellious immature teenager. I didn't think she would really use it to harm anyone. Maybe she wanted to use it to protect herself in case she got into a dangerous situation.
