I gulped down the lump in my throat, as I stared down at the image with my mouth trembling in fear. Reaching the book, I flipped it to the next page, revealing a more shocking truth. The image before me was a woman that has a mark on her body, it was like the bruise gotten from animal claws, but now everything is becoming clear, it isn't an animal but a vampire.

Truly they are being disrespected, underrated and misunderstood. Vampires are not violent creature. Perhaps they are when they are unable to find their true mate to make them sane but they aren’t evil. Maybe drinking blood makes others think they are but what can they do? Eleanor's P.O.V I smiled as I held the newspaper in my hand and looked at the large title written in bold on the front page. 'YET ANOTHER KNIFE VICTIM' It was connected to a person's lifeless body. No, it wasn't a person. It was a vampire. A fucking bloodthirsty monster. He laid there lifeless on the floor with a body so unrecognisable that it would make people shudder at the murderer's viciousness. I'm curious who could be so ruthless.

The room was filled with vampires, all of them staring at her with cold, calculating eyes. Some were beautiful, with smooth skin and perfect features, while others were grotesque, with twisted limbs and mangled faces.Steve took her hand and led her into the room, introducing her to each of the vampires in turn. Celess tried to keep her fear in check, but she couldn't help but feel like a mouse surrounded by cats.
