That was a vampire perk- no hangovers. I brushed my teeth and went downstairs where Jeremy was sitting with his human girlfriend and her little baby. Jeremy was actually quite a nice guy...when he was sober. He met Lily- his girlfriend a year back and fell in love with both her and her baby immediately. They were an odd coupled though, since you didn’t really see that many vampires dating humans. It did happen often though, just not that often. "Hey Lily, hey Jer and hey little Tyler," I greeted. They all muttered a greeting, except for little Tyler who was fast asleep in his mother's arms.

The land was sharply divided between two dominant and unforgiving species: the fierce and untamed werewolves, guardians of the moonlit night, and the elegant, immortal vampires, lords and ladies of the eternal darkness. The werewolves, bound by the lunar cycle, roamed vast, dense forests and jagged mountain ranges, their society structured around the pack, loyalty, and primal instincts. Their eyes, aglow with the primal fire, bore the untamed essence of the wilderness they called home. The moon, an ever-present celestial witness, governed their existence, dictating their transformations and guiding their communal rituals.

The witches manipulated circumstances, fueling animosity between vampires and werewolves, leading to frequent battles for resources that ravaged the once-peaceful land. Caught in the crossfire of war and amid the power struggle, humans emerged as the most vulnerable among the various creatures. Their weaponry lacked the sophistication and strength needed to shield themselves and their homes. The distant echoes of gunshots marked the inefficiency of tanks missing their targets, a stark testament to the ongoing conflict between vampires and werewolves.

Witches were rare creatures with abilities to perform magic and use spells to execute their bidding. The wolves' world was never a world for wolves only from the very beginning. Dating back years ago, werewolves, witches, and vampires existed in that world, in disunity and constant war. The vampires were marked as destructive and abominable creatures who lust for blood and leave seas of bodies in the process. Their main victims were the humans who lived on the outskirt of the kingdoms that belong to wolves and witches, and that drew the attention of their counterparts who saw them as threats.

The clash between werewolves and vampires was inevitable, as both sides braced themselves for the impending battle. The location chosen for the confrontation was an ancient forest, thick with gnarled trees and shadows that seemed to dance in anticipation of the violence that was about to unfold. ‌ As the moon reached its zenith, casting an eerie glow over the battlefield, the werewolves gathered, their eyes gleaming with an untamed ferocity. They stood shoulder to shoulder, their muscles tensed, ready to unleash their primal strength upon their enemies.
